The Hillsdale post office never answers the phone even during working hours. I just wanted to report that a package says on tracking that it arrived today at 1:26 pm and it is in my mailbox but there is nothing there AGAIN. This has happened before with new delivery people. I just want to inform the post office that I didn't recieve my mail but they don't pickup the phone (tried 3 times and allowed to ring 10 times each).

Sent a priority package from Massachusetts to Hillsdale, NJ on 10/9/2021. As of 10/22 it has still not arrived at its destination. This is unacceptable! This is PRIORITY MAIL which was suppose to arrive in 2-3 days. Two weeks????!!!! USPS is ridiculous!

I sent out Christmas cards and small gifts back on December 8. It’s 10 days later and not even the recipients one town away have received their cards yet. Totally unacceptable. Did you lose everything.
