Having issues that continue at least every other week. Wrong mail received if 1 house received wrong mail it continues with every house after. Please respond to this.

I was just in the post office and witnessed the postal employee “Maxine” refuse to help a customer mail a package internationally because she had to much work to do before 12 noon when she was done work. It was 11:40. She said if you want to do this when I am working you have to come by 11:00. If she can’t service the customers you need more help or she should learn to speed up the process.
