I live on Vreeland Ave and I get my mail delivered sometimes at 8:00 pm. Why is the mail delivered so late. I'm getting pissed off

Hackensack Postal Service is the worst. EVERY time I send mail to a resident there, it is always delivered late and now an important piece of mail still has not been delivered over 10 days later. It should have taken no more than 2 days to have been delivered. This is ridiculous.

Once again we tracked a letter to this post office only to have it disappear. This has happened four times over the last year, which leads to a conclusion that mail is being stolen from this facility. When trying to reach out, no one answers the phone. I have requested the postal inspectors to investigate this office. BEWARE whatever you send through this Post Office may be stolen by postal workers.

I HAVE COMPLAINED EVERAL TIMES ABOUT MY MAIL NOT BEING DELIVERED AND WHEN MAIL IS DELIVERED IT IS EVERYONE'S MAIL BUT THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE THERE, I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MAIL FOR TWO WEEKS I HAVE SENT EMAILS FOR A SUPERVISOR TO CONTACT ME AND NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT YET. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR OVER A YEAR. I UNDERSTAND WITH STAFFING ISSUES DUE TO COVID MAIL CAN BE DELAYED HOWEVER THIS IS TERRIBLE. WHEN YOU CALL THE OFFICE NO ONE ANSWERED

The postal employee who is delivering mail to 230 Anderson St. is NOT putting all the mail in my mailbox. He/she is putting advertising fliers and other mail in a "trash box" to the side of the mailboxes. I have taken to looking through this box and today was another example of mail for me (and other tenants) not going into my box. This time it was the AARP Bulletin and other tenants' were in this box too. I also did not receive a recent TV Guide and have been credited but the point is that mail is not being delivered as it should be. Please look into this since I have no idea if there is something coming of importance and not being delivered as it should be. Thank you.

I have sent a letter, went to both Hackensack post offices, told the mail carriers, that Christopher Davis does not and has never resided at my address. Yet they keep delivering his mail to my house.

The outgoing mail at Hackensack University medical center 20 prospect (medical Plaza building) has not been picked up for over a week. Please see the person at the desk for access to the mail. Thanks

We had no mail delivery on Tuesday June 4th. Asked our mailman for an explanation. Said it was his day off & noone delivered the mail to our street in Bogota. As a result he had double the mail to deliver. There is no excuse for this lack of service.

I am hoping President Trump closes down the Post Office. Never have I expierence such a poor customer service,no proper phone numbers, always an hour wait to speak to an agent, thats why I pay my bills on line, don't have to rely on them.

like all previous reviews ….useless. but what good is it if not read??? the listed phone # is a fax!. when I got number it goes to and endless auto answer w/o able to go to operator. answer time 38 -50 mins (always). you can voice an opinion after you speak to an agent but that never happens. I started with my po Parsippany, they gave me 3 wrong numbers and zips for hackensack. the 2 have lost 3 rent checks, $30 each to cancel. rewrite etc.

HORRIBLE! Didn't get any mail pick up or drop off for 2 days! Can't reach anyone by phone. 201/375-4400, not a working number. 201/375-4434 & 4432 rings off the hook and then disconnects you!
