Moved here a month ago. Shocked that I’ve already lost 5 packages. Always the wrong mail in the box as well. There’s an A and a B. Please read

Once again we have received wet mail....this time it is SOAKED!!! Usually the mailman is in a rush and drives away without closing the mailbox properly so we end up with damp mail on rainy days. This time he left the mail outside the garage door to get drenched during a tropical storm....bills, Important state paperwork, magazines and a box. I have a front porch that would have kept it relatively dry, only a few more steps away!!! Service has been terrible and now it’s blatantly careless, something needs to change now! Signed, Abused customer- now Angry too
