I was supposed to receive a package that I paid a decent amount of money for and I have confirmation that it sent to the Forked River post office. Yes, the originally sender messed up in putting my email address on the package instead of my home addresss, but the email was there and the right zip code was on it, you think the right thing to do would be reach out or send an email letting me know my package was there and if I could come and pick it up, instead of doing that they sent it right back to original sender. At least try to contact and wait maybe a day or 2 before sending it back out, but no you didn’t do that I believe this is a messed up system and there are ways you can help, and now you just have an unhappy customer with no package. No it’s not your complete fault but you still can take some blame in this. Thanks for nothing.

My fiancé and I paid extra postage (as instructed by the clerk) so our wedding invitations would get hand sorted. This would ensure the invites would avoid getting stuck in the sorting machine and getting ruined. Unfortunately, the office neglected the basic instructions and extra fees paid and still ran the invitations through the sorting machine. The result is upsetting as many of our invitations have been smudged, ripped, and bent due to this post office's refusal to fulfill our request/payment for careful handling.

I live in Greenbriar Oceanaire in Waretown however our mail comes out of Forked River. My carrier has no personality & is down right rude. Does he HAVE TO walk across my lawn to drop off a box? He just did it again & I now have mud across my walkway & porch. Is this a requirement that they can't walk 6 inches to the right to walk up the driveway?????

My mail lady is a complete idiot!!!! She’s always delivering mail to houses that aren’t even the address on the package, LIKE MY SYNTHROID THAT I NEED TO TAKE EVERYDAY FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE!!!!! I’m out of it & my medication gets delivered to someone else’s house!!!!
