It’s strange no one in my building today at 371 johnson ave Elizabeth Nj received mailed this happened once before. And all my bills were late please check into this I will be calling tomorrow we have a great mailman I guess he is away . Someone should cover

Went to the Elizabeth Avenue post office and was greeted by an female mid to late 50s with an attitude so depressing not very happy doing her job, I always take pictures of the envelop to send to my customers and forgot this time so I asked the woman if I could take a photo of it and she asked me to pay extra without telling me how much and of course with that nasty attitude so with no other choice decided to take a photo of her to send my customer and she replay that this was illegal and I was not allowed to comeback to the that post office again, if you work with the public and not happy about it she should find another job where she might be more cordials with people or not work entirely with people.

Most days the mail never comes and I live on N Broad St. Last night the truck rolled in at 6:50 p.m. Today a no show! Is it any wonder that people don’t use the mail??

I need to make a complaint about the person who is putting the mail at 151 grove st, it is a building ,which leaves the mail on the ground and does not put the mail in the mailbox of each one of the residents of this building,apart from the above they don"t take the mail of the offices either ,which people put send to oyher towns or states, I don"t know which supervisor because it looks like they don"t they give a trainer to the people who work there.

i have a product that when he arrived was rejected by the one who worked at the house for not knowing my main name now says he will be returned to the store but claim in the main office and tell me he has it in stock since Friday 19 what happens if he doesn't show up?

where is the check that social security sends to my son every month September did not arrive, the social security had to send me one again and now I had the same problem with the November check, the social security already sent it and they told me that they cannot be re-sending every month because the mail loses them I need to fix this problem if this happens with checks (money), what happens with the rest of the important papers that I hope, such as immigration ???

Continually get other people’s mail. Recently on 5/28/21& 6/2/21. Where is my mail. I have a log with all dates 2020 and 2021. Going to report to US postal service.

I sent a package that was refused it was sent priority mail when will it be sent back to by P.o.Box

How hard is it to ring the bell and yes I watched the mail delivery guy walk from the house across the street and sit the 2 boxes at the top of the step without ringing the bell then walked across the street and threw my package on the sidewalk because I have no porch and just walked off good thing I was sitting by the window waiting . I no it’s hard right now but come on that should be part of the job RING THE BELL

i am waiting for a package I have been tracking it and now i find out that it was delivered to another address in Elizabeth NJ. I live in Newark,NJ. I tried to call 7 different phone numbers for the post office in Elizabeth and no one answers. Who else can help me with this package.

Horrible place. Was expecting a package yesterday supposedly they tried to deliver it at 12:55 and left a note. When I went outside there was no package and no note. I got an email saying it was at the post office. So I went to the post office after standing in line forever. I finally got up to the window and tried to show the black girl there the email on my phone. She just said that it wasn't there. She won't look up the the tracking number or even check to see if it was there. I'm going back today hopefully I will get it.

Two Postal Clerks were very rude and unprofessional. I rang the bell to obtain a Passport Renewal application. I waited but no one came to the window so flag a postal clerk down to let them know all I needed was the passport application. A black female postal clerk rolled her eyes at me and said you don't have to ring the bell. She did not want to inform me of her name. Additionally a black male postal clerk said to the female loud enough for me to hear that "I wouldn't have given her an application". The male said his name was Walker.

Where to begin! This post office used to be good up until about 6-8 months ago, I don't know what's going on with it but my mail goes to everyone else's houses but mine! it is ridiculous. One day we get mail around 2 pm the next day we don't and if we do it'll be around 8pm.. We can goes days without mail, we can go to the neighbors house and find our mail as well.. This is in the Third Avenue section and the Elmora Hills sections, so it is obvious the entire city! We have sent complaints and they always say it'll be fixed but it gets fixed for 1 week then it continues again. It is honestly BULLSHIT

Where should i begin? With the horrible customer service when I’m at the elizabeth location? You know with all the nasty attitudes given by your employees? Or maybe i should speak about the packages that you’ve lost or haven’t delivered or had sent back because your employees did not want to deliver them. This has gone on for years and yet all i see is the same people with change to your service. Today... i find it amazing that any package when someone is not available to sign is given to my landlord. But today i get “there is no authorized recipient to sign“ instead of the actual package. WOW! Service that beguiles. I have to admit you guys complain that people aren’t using your service enough but why would we if this is what you’re giving to us? At least ups Has a drop off location to pick up our leaves the package for you to pick up if Asked to, FedEx teamed with Other businesses to do the same but here we are with USPS (with keys to gain entry and contacts to leave packages), still same old service with worse employees. How can you guys expect for your service to grow when you can’t even get your customers to trust you? Atrocious is the only word i can use to describe the service that you give. P.s. Start cutting jobs for your staff, i guarantee they’d be scared not to deliver packages.

My mail service was fine until about about a year ago. Recently, it's become awful. I have photos of my mail, and it still doesn't arrive. I've called the 800 number and they started an investigation, Some investigation. I visited the mail post office on Broad St. No success. Service went from poor to abysmal. Who can we contact to get some improvement?

Mail isn't being delivered properly. No one answers the phone at any location except roselle park nj where they are rude and put you on hold for an hour then stop answering the phone until they are closed. Post master and supervisors are all on vacation at the same time. One is on vacation till July 9th. It's April now... Voicemail box is full. Left emails, complaints, voicemails, and texts with no responses. Two separate packages weren't delivered yesterday and were returned to sender. I can't get in touch with anyone to keep them from being returned. Someone was home all day yesterday, they didn't even go to the door. Someone please help!!! Government agency out of control with no accountability and everyone on vacation at the same time. Completely unacceptable for any private business. I 100% cannot rely on my mail deliveries any longer.

Ever since the new mail delivery person started I havent been receiving my mail. Its been 4 days since I seen any mail. My address is 141 7th Street Elizabeth. When I do get mail its at random times of the day. I want my mail lady back. I run a business and not getting my mail hurts every aspect of my business. My next step is to go to the town to complain. The Mayor is family. I will straighten out this situation quickly.

There's been two weeks and your carrier is not delivering my mail in my mail box. He or she is dropping off the mail in my neighbors box. I live on 804 Magie Ave. Elizabeth, NJ 07208.

Work in building at 65 Jefferson Ave, Elizabeth. There is a pile of plastic crates that postal workers use to carry in the mail sitting in our lobby for at least 4 months. Your workers seem to ignore them. People are taking them home for personal use and or sitting on them. The postal workers should take them! I have a picture of them in you are interested.

Been calling all day no one answers the phone nor the calls get returned.

My mail gets put in the wrong mail box and in other houses. This is terrible. Please train your staff. I have very important mail coming in soon, and I cannot afford to have missing mail. I'm frustrated. I have complained more than once.
