I just waited in line from 12 noon until 12:30 to mail my taxes using a certified mail sticker which was completed prior to getting to the window and the woman at the window told me I had to place my own sticker on the envelope (it was a peel off). I said give me a minute then and I’ll put it on and she said no. I said I just waited in line for a half hour and the rest of the line is another half hour. She said just because there is a line doesn’t mean I don’t have to step out of line to do it. There were no signs posted that this was required and frankly I just wanted to make sure it was positioned correctly! Since when does the post office not provide customer service??? I could understand if it was something that had to be licked during COVID but it was a peel off! I was so livid I left. This person has been nasty to me every time I go into the Cresskill post office. I have a small business in town but I will avoid this location.

Just stopped in to drop off my voting ballot. The woman was so rude and lazy. I just wanted her to postmark stamp my envelope in front of me and she outright refused. There was not a single other person in there and she was doing nothing. Who is in charge of the post office because it is poorly run and this woman should be fired! She should not be a position of serving the general public and representing our government.

The woman in the post office is so rude. I asked a questions and she reply back with such anger I thought I was a little child. She is very lazy to even get me a scotch tape that was right behind her back. She also made people just wait for 8 minutes while she was doing absolutely nothing. She is a person I do not want to approach I drive to Dumont office.

A clerk named Betty doesn't wear mask during my visits to this particular a couple of times last month. This is irresponsible and unprofessional.

Called 5 times this morning to ask a simple question. No one picked up the phone, so I went there to find a women working. Once I said I called and no one answer her exact words were “I don’t answer the phones” which tells me that, she does not do her job. She also told me, my package was not there when she didn’t even get up to check. Lazy worker.
