Horrible horrible customer service I waited in line to mail out express mail over night packages they required a signature tongue asked for a number to where they were going I said I don’t know let me look it up so I stepped to the side so they could take other customers he said he would take me as soon as I filled it out so I waited for 20 additional people to be taken ahead of me and now mind you people who weren’t waiting before me were now being taken as they came in and I said excuse me I’ve been waiting and his response was sorry yours is going to take at least 15 minutes and we have a long line and I said I don’t care I waited in that line to be seen the second time because you needed a number which I got you and went back to the end of the line and now your making me wait for people behind me in line again. What’s the purpose of standing in line and waiting your turn then?
