I live at 6th and Newman Ave and wondering why my mail is always delivered between 7 and 8pm. We have a new Mailperson for some time now and he should know the route. He is seen delivering across the street by 2:30pm and then he is gone. You can see him always on his phone, in his car or just sitting on someone's steps talking on phone. Last night when he arrived @ 7:20 I asked what the issue was and He just stared at me and walked away. I know I'm asking alot but can someone look into this, I lived at this house for 25 yrs and always had my mail at a decent time. It stinks when I'm waiting for my check and get it too late to go to bank! THANKS!

I went to the bergen point post office and had a wonderful and easy experience with the clerk named Iman. There was a short line and it she managed it very easily. She offered me many services, will be going back.

I have a complaint. I live at 600 Avenue A between 25th and 26th St. and have not received any mail delivery in the last three days. I understand the staff shortages but this is ridiculous. I have called the main post office to complain but no one answers the phone.

I went to mail a correction to my passport. The man at the counter tried to collect $30 when the passport agency told me that I would not have to pay anything additional since they made the error. He kept insisting that it would cost $30. The passport agency said only to pay for postage, since I had already paid to expedite it. I went back and the other agent said it only $8.35 to send it regular postage.

Jeanette in the uptown Post Office is the nastiest, one of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever encountered. I’ve stopped going to that location because of her. She’s been there forever so obviously the USPS doesn’t care, especially now when they are so short staffed. Jeanette is so miserable. I wouldn’t wish that mindset on my worst enemy.

This is the second time one of my packages says delivered/left in mailbox and hasn’t been there and whenever I go to the post office building they tell me to ask my neighbors like I don’t live in a building with 10 other families it’s their job to make sure the package gets delivered to the right address at this point I’m starting to think there stealing my packages because again this is the second time.. someone needs to be fired!!

Was waiting for my delivery today. Actually heard the USPS truck so went to my front window. I Watched as they delivered packages from one side of the block to the next. Did not even attempt to walk towards my house. Now 3 hours later receive an alert that they attempted to delivery my package at 3:20 but couldn’t. Now I must go to the post office where it is waiting. I’m actually seen on my ring at 3:21 to make sure the USPS guy didn’t somehow toss my package from the neighbors porch and I just didn’t see him. You guys are pretty useless if you can’t come up with a better system. Maybe hey we screwed up and our idiot driver forgot all about you. Not to worry we’ll deliver it tmrw. What’s the point of paying for shipment to my house if now because of your driver I have to go and wait at the post office. Come on

the package deliveries I've been getting are being left on my porch, out on the open. I have a large sign on my door reading that any package for the building be left in the shed under the stairs. There were medications and other important items left out in the open during rainstorms. These items could have been ruined or stolen. Please advise your drivers and carriers to PLEASE READ SIGNS addressed to them and comply. I have complained about this before, but it is still happening. Please reply to this message,

I have filed several complaints with the United States Postal Service General, the mail carriers, are throwing the mail all over the hallways not placing them in the mailbox. I received a phone call from the supervisor from the main branch on Broadway. She gave me nothing but excuses, this is the worst post office to deal with. Obviously they don't reprimand their employees. I would love to know how they would feel if their mail was placed anywhere and not received something has to be done with this post office and the carriers and the supervisor. I am fed up with them. Also I would love to know how they get their jobs? Obviously they don't care. Let it be done to them, see how they would feel?

I live in 120 West 16th St. and the mail carrier is purposely leaving wrong mail in my mailbox. I am so done with this mail carrier. I would like a phone number who I can call and file a complaint. There are names in each of the mailboxes. So I dont understand why the mail carrier is being lazy. I will not stop until I get a response from someone who's in charge.

The worst experience of my life. At first I thought may be due to COVID it’s slow. But All windows were open and working but it took me 40 mins and I was just the 12th person in line. Need to work their ass off. I saw people talking to each other with their hands in pocket for all the time I was there but won’t move their ass to do what they are supposed to.Let me know if they need help I would serve for free. Not to help post office really after looking at the condition but to help people who were super frustrated and they don’t have anywhere else to go. Feeling pity for them. Unbelievable. Ridiculous.

Main Post Office in Bayonne, NJ (570 Broadway) is absolutely the worst. Tanya is the most courteous & pleasant Manager - a delight. The "other" so-called male supervisor....so extremely Rude, Nasty & Aggressive. No manners & very unprofessional. He needs training and a class on how to deal with the public. He should resign if he hates his job so much.

I have had an issue with my mail carrier(s) over the past few months. First they would leave piles of rubber bands on our lobby floor. When I spoke to the carrier about it, and nicely asked that they not do this, the problem increased. In fact, now they leave a handful of rubber bands in my mailbox, as well as on the lobby floor. I can only take this as retaliation for me asking them not to do it. Do I have to go to the Postmaster General, or the Mayor's office to make this stop??

I have always found people at this post office very polite and helpful.only trouble was in 2012 I ordered a Martha Stewart book ( huge expensive one) , and I never got it. It was" sent" to my old address, in Bayonne as well, and the p o claims someone signed for it. I never got my $ back or the book.p office told me to call the post man early am on Saturday mornings. What a hassle.led nowhere. Someone's making super muffins and has an immaculate house right now.... It's not me! :)

Bayonne PO--One of the worst post offices. Very poor customer service, some of the women there have very bad attitudes, rolling their eyes when you question or have any issues regarding your package. I had an issue when they didnt redeliver as requested my package and it was sent back! At first, they thought it was lost, but they didnt care, they just handed me a form to fill out a claim. I told them my package was worth over $250, the woman just rolled her eyes. Such bad service. I do all I can to avoid this place, its like getting served at McDonalds in the worst part of Jsersey City.
