What's happened to our mail service? It's a joke that the mail comes as late as 4:00-4:15 almost every day. Our mail used to be delivered between noon and 1:00. Neighbors are complaining too. We're retired, so we're home more often than husbands and wives that work, but whatever the reason for the changes, it stinks!

It would certainly be nice if the USPS contact information for the postmaster general was supplied. I've been searching for over 15 minutes now on all of the USPS pages and cannot find anything. It certainly looks like customer service is not exactly a priority.
