I need all of my mail delivered! How will this happen?

My Airpods were supposed to be delivered yesterday and it says it was delivered by 6:50pm but I never received them.

I have been waiting for a package. Today they said it was not delivered due to No Access to Delivery Location which is wrong. I have steps going up to my 2nd floor apartment and a huge porch. this is not the 1st time we had a problem. Who ever is our mail man/woman is NOT doing their job and bringing our mail up to the second floor. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have found my grandmothers medical prescriptions downstairs and some other of our mail at the 1st floor apartment. I have tried to reach out to USPS customer service and can not get through to a live rep. This is the worse mail man/woman by far.

I haven't received my mail this whole week and all of last week. The mailman didn't come to my apartment at all as for my neighbors as well. This is crazy. I live at the end of Atlantic City off of New Hampshire Ave across from Hot Bagels and the mailman really has not come over here at all this whole week and all of last week. Today is 1/13/21.

my regular mail carrier Rashad is great, we love him great attitude, we had a fill in while i imagine he was off tues 4/28/20 this guy was not wearing a face mask, with the way the world has been with this virus i was appalled to see this fill in carrier hand me the mail as i was wearing a mask and HE WAS NOT, lou and sue frankel,26 south raleigh ave, atlantic city, of all people who SHOULD be wearing a mask
