Unsatisfactory at best. I get notifications that packages have been delivered when they were delivered to a totally different address blocks away. Government give away checks aka stimulus.. delivered to wrong address. At least one never recovered. This isn’t rocket science folks. Don’t waste your time trying to get thru to talk to anyone. That’s a non starter. Nobody interested in the least. Disgusted

How about the carrier says they tried to deliver package to your home but you have a camera and are home. So you never got a knock on the door nor did you see them on the camera. Aren't you supose deliver packages???? If you don't want to do that give it to fedex and ups they have no problem doing it.So aggravating, I miss my old carrier she was the best!!!!! oh and when you call to explain they hang up on you!!! classic

The package I mailed from Absecon post office on December 5th was never delivered to the recipient. 2 months later the package was delivered back to me with postage due. There was not a postage stamp on the package. During the last two months I've spoken to eight different agencies I have numerous claim file numbers and case numbers. The last person I spoke to informed me that they have no record of my package ever leaving the post office. This morning I brought it with all my paperwork to the post office, spoke to a supervisor, and was more or less accused of taking the postage off the package myself. Unbelievable! He didn't even look at all my paperwork my receipts nothing!

I keep getting the wrong mail and my neighbor's keep getting my mail and I am getting late bills when that means I never got the first bill. I am getting sick of putting other peoples mail back in their boxes, I am going to start writing shitty messages on the mail you send wrong to my home and then deliver them for you and then everyone on the block will start to call you if you cannot find a mail delivery person that can read! this wrong delivery shit is every single week since I moved here last August. It is really shitty service period.

Worst carriers Ever!! We constantly are bringing our neighbor their mail, and they ares. Packages are constantly Being dropped off or lost to other houses!!! I hate when vendors send my items USPS, i always ask if they can send UPS, because our mail service sucks!!

Most f'ed up post office on Earth. I have had to go to the Annex in Egg Harbor for a parcel when I first moved here. Recently, I get a notice in the mailbox that says: "[Appt#] held at P.O. Doesn't get mail, must be vacant" after not getting mail for over a week. Apparently, we have a new carrier and "if you don't pick up your mail in a while" it gets held at the office. Everything in this f'ing town is a f'ing headache.

I'm VERY unhappy with this location at this moment. I called just a few minutes ago to lodge a concern. I spoke with George who refused to give me his last name. My complaint was does the post office have security cameras on those mailboxes outside the building because I have several items to drop off in the boxes and it was overflowing. my concern was how safe is our mail if these boxes are so filled. why not another box..this has been a problem for YEARS. George would have none of this...he didn't want to listen to me...he had no answer and said "what concern is it of yours"...last I remember he works for us...a very horrible way for my concerns to be handled...

I like near Absecon. I was sent to Pleasantville for a package bc mailman left so fast. We were home!! At door as he drove away swiftly. When I get to Pleasantille, a 25 min. Drive vs. 10 minutes, it is not there! Yet form clearly states to report to Pleasantville. I get wrong mail all the time as well. My time does matter, post office- as you promptly close your doors, please value us customers as you do your own time. Thanks.
