office in Tilton, NH is VERY Slow on opening their doors on time. one Wednesday in December, I kept going back every 15min from 6am-7am and their doors were still not open. I went back late in the afternoon and asked and was told that the person in the back gets busy and doesn't always open door on time and that I should call while I am outside and remind them to open doors it would be appreciated by the person on duty. I politely told them I do not have a cell phone and that maybe the morning person should set alarm clock so they would remember and it should not be the consumers job to tell them when to open. On this date 1/18 the same thing happened I arrived at 6:35am and doors were locked. I do not have time for this foolishness. If I did that on my job I would be suspended on first offense and fired the next.

I was supposed to receive a package by 10/25/17 - Delivery was attempted on 10/24/17 at 5:19pm. At 9:15 on 10/25/17 the package was returned to sender. I never received any notice from a mail carrier and now wasted $80+ on a halloween costume because someone didn't want to be bothered to write a note to tell me my package couldn't be delivered. I would have gladly picked it up from the post office if someone had bothered to take a moment to let me know that delivery to my home had been a problem.
