I called and it took my 5 minutes to get through the voicemail, got a 'call back' to speak to a person, which took an hour, then when I started to explain what I needed, I was switched before I finished to the wrong automated option, and when that information given got hold music for 8 minutes before giving up, and calling again to have to get another call back, over an hour wait this time. They ask us to stay on line to do a survey to rate our satisfaction, but that didn't happen with those options. I tried the local number, and was switched to a message that gave the address and hours. I know they are busy, but I'm sure that a human could have answered my question (NOT on their list of options) in a minute or two and I could have finished my business by now! Voice mail is fine for those simple frequent questions, but there should always be a human option when it's not a common question.
