Postal Locations

I received a note today from the post office today requesting that I set up a mail box or parcel will be returned. We do not get mail at our home so no need for a mail box. We do received packages from Amazon and other companies. We have a box clearly labeled at the house for packages. The package which was larger then a mail box was on top of the labeled delivery box. The delivery box is a plastic water-resistant box so that any deliveries are protected from the weather. It was pouring this evening I find it quite unacceptable. 172 Turner Way Laconia

As of June 18th, we have NOT had mail delivered or picked up since last Tues. A day, or two, at the least, I can deal with. Four days is unacceptable. I was forced to take my mail out of my mailbox and drive to find another post box. Because of this poor service, one of my bills will now be late. I appreciate you might be short staffed, but the US Postal Service is expected to deliver the mail. Perhaps Management could drive the mail truck. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

we haven't had mail delivered in a week. We have no secured place to put our out going mail. I leave the electric bill with a check in it to be mailed back and it lays around for a week because noone shows up. We need a federal investigation.

Your employees are so lazy they stick sorry we missed you card in my mailbox instead of doing their job and drive 100 yards and actually trying to deliver, my wife was home but no attempt was made to actually deliver it. This is a constant thing. It's so bad I have to drive my bill to the post office so they don't get lost

If a mailbox is designed for letters and small packages why do the carriers stuff over sized packages into it. This sometimes runs what's inside tha package along with making package hard to get out. If it's oversized I thought they were suppose to leave at front door.

On March 10 a box from Amazon was dropped at my house by usps driver, I live at 401 Darby dr. Box was to go to 410 Darby dr, I took it to 410 next day. Hi I have sent a friend of ours. Boxes off and on last few months. I put on the box. Told by our local post office. To write on the outside of the box. Please leave this box at Laconia post office. Do to ppl stealing and damage property .( not there’s). But, whomever choices not to bring to post office. ( leaves it ) apartment on union ave.. one of Laconia employees ( at Laconia post office) on church st. tried to tell me. Maybe it was a different driver on that on that route. Well, the writing is still on the box. Bring words. But , $$$ boxes have been. no matter who is driving that day. Please! damaged , ripped, and just stole left the empty. box. This employee.( no names) YET! Ty.

Have gotten my mail in two days what is going on in your place, I’m waiting for a improvement piece of mail

We havent received mail all week, do we new drivers I am going to be pissed if my bills are late. They are coming up quick

I am calling because my mail is being held at the post office by request of my apartment complex. This just started recently. I have been working out of town and am unable to get to the post office during their business hours. I simply called today, multiple times, and could not reach anyone. I am very disappointed in the lack of service available.

The worst. No one answers the phone...some of the carriers haven't got a clue. How do they even stay in business.

They are horrible. Never answer the phone and had the nerve to ask how I go the employee number. Hahaha I was like on the Yelp review. He of course said he would look into it and told me to have the seller resend. Why would the seller just believe it was not delivered. A-hole manager Jason 524-6208

We were home and expecting my medicine to be delivered yesterday, I just checked the tracking info and it states “customer requested to be held at post office” WHAT???? The mailman NEVER came by my street!!!! Please do your job! At least you have a full time job with benefits!

WORST POSTAL SERVICE ON THIS PLANET! It gets dark- they get scared. They go home with out finishing their routes because they are tired. And let’s get started on SNOW! Oh kiss your mail and packages BYE BYE! You won’t get them for days!! And the Post Master - what a joke. He does not care and he does nothing to help. He is part of the problem!!

To the USA Gov... Guard my shores and let Fedex Deliver my mail. Wanted to talk to someone at the Laconia NH PO so dialed the number. Tried every item on the IVR tree and get a ring-no-ans and then a disconnect. What a joke the USPS is.

I live in the weirs so I use weirs post office when regular worker bill works we have no issues. when the girl works who ever she is we never get mail why is that I look through my po box and see her sitting on her ass I never seem to get mail when she is there this week 3 days no mail I bet in a couple of days my box will be stuffed I want bill there no one else

Since our other delivery man retired a year or so ago, we have had a number of different carriers. For some reason, even though I have posted 2 signs indicating that all packages should be placed on the INSIDE porch, 99% of the time now, they are dropped on the outside porch. This means that the packages are in plain view of any thieves lurking in the neighborhood AND if it rains, gets windy, snows or whatever, the package has no protection. Yesterday my large package was dropped on the outer porch. My other mail was placed on top. I have no idea if there was any paper mail but if there was, it's long gone now. The wind whips around my porch. I am surprised the two smaller packages didn't blow away! When I look outside for packages, I look only on the enclosed porch as that's where I expect them. Please ask the carriers to practice common sense deliveries.

This post office is about the worst one yet. If you have a package that wont fit in the box they will just leave it outside and then it get stolen. And the supervisor is total D-BAG.

Jeffry J. Mansfield 31 Brigham Street Laconia NH 03246. Around Noon time I let my dogs out on the deck so they could go out back in the fenced in area to go to the bathroom. Unfortunately the wind blew the back gate closed. So I went outside and the mailman showed up. He normally brings me my mail on the deck where my mailbox is. I yelled to him to hold and he said he had to leave, I yelled back hold on please. I opened the back gate and the dogs ran out. I then walked to the front gate, I think 15 seconds went by and the mailman said he should not even have delivered my mail today because I made him wait 15 seconds! He walked out with the mail all pissed off at me, saying he should not even have given me my mail. He said his boss is right behind me following me. His boss was in a white SUV. Boy, I wish I had a job that you just follow a mailman around all day like a spy. I understand why the mailman was so pissed off. This mailman is great, we never have issues with the mail when he delivers. We do have issues when other people replace him, they usually deliver the mail after 3 or 4 pm. I do not think it is right to follow behind a mailman to see how long it takes to so his route. When UPS and Fed EX drivers come here they always take the time to say hello and bring the package right up on the porch! I hope our mailman that was pissed off at me today is ok with his job. Sorry about my dogs, I am also handicapped and use a cane so I am slow. It is hard to believe that stuff like this happens a lot and if you cannot give your mail people the time to actually deliver mail to a house, what a terrible place to work!
