This postal delivery worker never attempts to deliver a package to the store. She (because I've seen her) just leaves the slip and you can't get it until the next day. I have been without medications for days because of this postwoman. Why even bother having it on the truck when she'll never deliver it????? Just write up the slip, leave it in the box, and I'll go pick it up the same day!!!!!

Older lady has a nasty attitude and is not helpful one bit. I just moved into a newly built complex, and was told by my landlord that we are waiting for the post office master lock to be installed still. No worries, was told that I can pick up my mail from the office in the meantime in person. Lady was insanely inconsiderate and inconvenienced by her job, and kept repeating that there was no lock request for the complex I live in. After telling her multiple times that I would pass that message onto the management and just need to pick up my mail, she still told me yet again about how there’s no key install request. After reminding her multiple times I just need to pick up mail, she handed me a stack and slammed the door. Never checked an ID, or asked verification of address before almost dropping the stack in front of me. Ended up getting handed mail for several other units in the building because she cannot read. Will not use this location for anything I am not required to, as the lady could also be heard screaming at other employees in the back. Please fire her, as that’s not healthy for the workers, nor good for any customers required to use this facility. Good luck.

Just a quick note to thank this office for the excellent service this morning when cancelling my temporary forwarding order. The agent could not have been more helpful during this stressful time for all of us. She was kind and offered to go above and beyond what needed to be done. Thank you all for working so hard to keep our mail system going and our spirits lifted!

Last June through the beginning of August, I lived in Apts by 96th and Q. My postman was always digging in the mail boxes after he unlocked the mail boxes. My friends and family were trying to help me and my kids move. My letters were showing up ripped apart. I believe he got away with at least $150 in cash (I know people shouldn't send cash, but they thought it would be safe in a locked mail box). He left the checks. I just know I was not the only person he stole from. He was always pressed against the mail digging and trying to be sneaky and speedy. I think the post office should see who worked during that time in the area. I know there are likely many victims.

A package of mine was either lost or delivered to the wrong address but I can't get into contact with anyone at this post office. I wrote to the Inspector General or whomever and was told to contact this branch but I can't so I am at a loss.
