I am an elderly disabled woman living in a 4-plex. I've asked my local branch not to put newspapers on the stairs. I've explained how dangerous that is to me. Our Mngt. installed a large metal "pocket" right below our mailboxes, but I often find papers on the stairs. Yet, when calling our branch, they scream at me saying they don't care! I need someone to step in.

No one answers the phone! The 800 number has a wait over an hour! I got charged online $30 for a change of address. Then I got an email from USPS saying I needed to submit the form. So I pay twice?! NoWhy are you trying so hard to live down to your reputation as having the WORST customer service on the planet?
