Do you have to be 18 to pick up a package from the post office? I just ordered a phone case and it said i can come pick it up. My parents are out of town for a week. I'm 15 by the way

This is 2nd time I've contacted regarding unnecessary rude behavior of mail carrier. I live at Old Mill apartments, and the mail lady parks her truck between the 2 entryways of our building, which is fine, and comes in one door, fills the boxes, then comes down the stairs and crosses through the common laundry room to the other boxes at the upper entry. This would be just fine, EXCEPT she continues to slam the inner hallway door and the laundry room doors. And, I mean SLAM. When I first complained by email last Monday 10/3, she slammed the hallway door so hard that day that a ceramic plaque fell off my wall. There is simply no reason for this. Even if her hands were full, she could put out a foot, elbow or hip to slow the door. This has been going on for awhile, but Monday irritated me greatly when my wall actually shook, and things fell to the floor. Then the neighbors dogs start barking because it startled them, and we have to listen to that, also. I got a survey today from USPS asking about my satisfaction with the resolution of my complaint, and yet my complaint was never addressed, or acknowledged. Today, it seemed she slammed the interior door even worse than usual, so maybe she was approached and this was her retaliating, I do not know. But, please remind her that she is in a residential building, and there is no reason to make that much noise, it is just a matter of simple courtesy and consideration of her whereabouts. And, please ask her to refrain from throwing her cigarette butts down on the sidewalk. Thank you
