I need to report a USPS driver that was driving on busy streets while he was looking at his phone. I saw him on S 70th heading south on Wednesday September 21 around 1:00, again at the intersection of S 56th and Pine Lake Rd. The truck number was 4303563. I happened upon him two different times driving while looking at his phone.....not the road

I had put my mail on hold I’ve been waiting for my Covet, refund, is supposed to be automatic deposit, however, I am sitting here homeless and wondering if you’re holding any of my checks. Is there there’s nothing that looks like a government check, I just would presume to leave my mail there until, I find a home. It’s hard to get to a home without checks.

1/27/2021.. I know it has been 2 days since the big snow storm but why no mail delivery. It's Wednesday and normally all the shopping ads come in the mail. No problem with understanding a delay. But would be nice to get some kind of notice from the Post Office.

On 2.19.2015, I received a "Sorry we missed you" card regarding a delivery that required a signature. The notice indicated that the delivery was supposed to be at 8:30 AM, but I was 20 feet from my front door at that time and no one rang the doorbell or knocked on my door to request a signature. When I went to retrieve the package at the College View Station, I was treated in a rude and condescending manner by a male employee (tall, wears glasses, never smiles). I have encountered this employee on several occasions and he is always rude and short-tempered. You really should train this man to deal with customers in a cordial manner or keep him in the back room.
