Pathetic doesn't even describe Prairiewood. If the USPS goes out of business, they deserve it.

Twice I have had to use a knife cut my package out of my post box because the delivery person out of Prairiewood crammed it in there when it very obviously didn't fit. Once, I was unable to even break the package down enough to get it out and had to wait two days for the delivery person to come back and get it out for me.

My mail is always going to another house or 2 on the next block. My bank sent me a new credit card because of the Target scam. I did not know. Embarassed @ the store, they said invalid, account closed. They are sending me a new one.

My package was shipped Dec. 2nd. Apparently it's at the Prairiewood Station but has been lost for the last month. I called a few times but nobody has been helpful. Still waiting on my package. Extremely disappointed. I guess it pays to use USPS or FedEx
