We live at the Retreat at Greenhaven and have received mail for someone in a completely different neighborhood. Six minutes away, Carlson Ridge Drive. It is in mailbox 2P which is unsecured because I cannot re-lock the box. I tried to call the persimmon Street post office without success. I don’t understand why there’s such poor communication or how something like held nail from a completly different neighborhood can be put into our boxes here. We are also missing mail that we were notified was coming. Also not getting any response from the post office. Shameful.

I have trying for over an hour to contact the Youngsville PO by phone. It make no sense that they just let the phone ring. I have a package that is showing delivered but I do not have it. This is the second time I have had this to happen. The first time someone did answer the phone but I still NEVER got my package. The carrier was supposed to have contact me and NEVER did. This is a poorly ran post office. Answer the phone and deliver package and mail to the right address.

Had an important package on the mail van. Showed in route to be delivered. I'm one of the last roads to be delivered for the day as i am right around the corner from the post office. They came down the first half the street and delivered, then i guess they had enough for the day. Instead of finishing the route they flew back down the road not stopping for anyone one the other side of the street. Got a notice that said delivery attempted, held at post office per customer request. Absolutely unacceptable to be too lazy to finish the last 30 mins of your run.

I got notice from Amazon that my package was shipped with USPS and delivered on Monday, Aug 3. "package given directly to the resident" is what was stated on my Amazon account. This package was NOT given directly to the resident of my address and I am having a hard time tracking down where my package is. Youngsville post office is not answering their phone.

We live in Willow Bend and nearly every day either we receive someone else's mail or someone in the neighborhood will bring us our mail that was in their box. This has been going on for over 4 months and is unacceptable. Private information is passed through your office and should be delivered to the correct box. Can you please make it a point of emphasis to delivery the mail to the correct box. Thank you

The Youngsville Post Office is the most poorly run business I know of. All to often I get notification of mail through the Informed delivery post, but I never receive it. Amazon packages are not delivered as the email notification stated. They will totally lie about an attempted delivery. Saying stupid things like my drive way was inaccessible or they couldn't find my address, they have been delivering mail here for more than 30 years. Until apparently new management took over. Now there is very frequently problems. Totally the worst

Please call me again (Ann left a msg Friday) about a Fed-Ex /USPS delivery from Causebox that has not been delivered to me at 425 Eagle Stone Ridge, Youngsville. Tracking shows it was handed off to USPS on 3/22. Thanks!

HORRIBLE service!!!! We have lock boxes on our street! Once again Package is not in box despite USPS showing it being delivered! Either they put it another persons box again ( no guarantee I will get it) or it was delivered elsewhere. Pick up service is horrible. One lady wont get out of her vehicle.
