Postal Locations

Tried contacting the P.O. (on 10/24/23) that delivers mail to the Bethabara Hills Court area but no one answered. I would like to make the Post Master aware that during the week of 10/19 - 10/21 a sympathy card was mailed to my nephew in this location from Charlotte, NC. When received, the mail had been opened and enclosed contents stolen. I'm in the process of making this violation known to the NC DOA as well. "It's the principal of it!"

HAD IMPORTANT LETTER TO BE DELIVERED SATURDAY. WAS OUTSIDE VISITING WITH FRIEND.. INSIDE DOOR OPENED. CARS HOME.. MAIL LADY STOPPED.. GOT OUT OF HER TRUCK.. HEARD DOOR OPEN AND WAS WAITING FOR HER TO COME DOWN TO GIVE ME MY MAIL.. HAD TO SIGN FOR.. I HAVE MOBILITY ISSUES .. SHE JUST GOT IN TRUCK AND LEFT. AND LEFT SLIP FOR FIRST ATTEMPT! MY HUSBAND SAW HER LEAVE NEIGHBORS. AND WHEN HE WENT TO GET MAIL.. THE SLIP WAS THERE... HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET HOLD OF MY POST OFFICE.. OR ANY OTHER. AS OTHER PEOPLE HAS SAID. THEY HAVE THE FAX NUMBER ON THIS SITE. AND NO ONE AT OTHER POST OFFICES ARE ANSWERING... ENDED UP AFTER 2 HRS. YESTERDAY TRYING TO GET SOMEONE. DOING REDELIVERY ONLINE. STILL WAITING FOR POST LADY.. WE HAVE BEEN HAVING TROUBLE AS WELL IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. WITH THIS NEW PERSON M NOT STOPPING AT EVERYONES MAILBOX AND ALSO WHILE WAITING FOR MAIL YESTERDAY. SHE STOPPED AT NEIGHBORS. TOOK LETTER DOWN TO THEIR HOUSE. LAID ON STEPS. NEVER KNOCKED OR ANYTHING AND LEFT.. THEIR IS ALWAYS SOMEONE HOME THERE TOO. THIS IS NOT GOOD. I UNDERSTAND THEY ARE SHORTHANDED. BUT NO EXCUSE FOR THIS PERSON THAT SAW US OUTSIDE AND WOULDNT EVEN BRING ME THE MAIL... NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE HERE WITH OUR MAIL DELIVERY..

...found out on Feb.25 that my $600.00 stimulus check was returned to the IRS because this post office or the carrier for my route deemed it to be "undeliverable". Meanwhile I'm getting all my bills and other mail! I'm out of work and have needed this and been waiting on this money for months. I now have to file an amended tax return and try and recover it that way. The IRS says it may be 16 additional weeks before they get to processing it. Thanks alot! Now i' know why this post office won't answer its phone!

I have notice that every now then our mailman will toss his cigarette 🚬 bud in our driveway and sometimes at the edge of our yard. We would appreciate it if they wouldn’t.

Today, February 23, I watched our mail person drive by our mailbox with our flag out to have mail picked up. He/she did not stop at our mailbox, but proceeded to deliver mail to the next three houses and houses up the street. Our mail has been delivered at 8 pm on many occasions with packages, on some occasions, damaged. I’ve just tried to call the phone number and it hangs up.

missing mail, mail received months later, and other people's mail. I need help! I've had problems with my previous carrier and now this one. I've tried calling and have also spoken to my carrier.

I am not getting my mail. Where is it?

I am so sick of not getting my packages, delivery tracking will say delivered but not all packages were delivered. I am constantly having issues with the post office branch. Even today I had two packages coming one was delivered but both say delivered. Totally unacceptable, and then when you call the office just constantly rings.

I stay on 5470 Shattalon && the lady is so rude so rude she slammed the mail box in my face.

I and my neighbors are tired of the replacement mail carrier. Up until earlier this year, everyone in our development received our mail by noon. Now we are lucky if our mail is delivered by 7 P.M. Today the carrier did not even deliver or pick up mail from my mailbox. AND the mail was out before 9 A.M. You need to come thru the development and stop and ask my neighbors if they know when their mail arrives at a reasonable time, and ask them about our prior carrier.

On more than one occasion I have had packages left beside the road at someone else's mail box. This mail box does not have the address posted correctly. This box has 317 Mountain Brook Trail and mine is 3179 Mountain Brook Trail. One of the numbers at the other box is missing. I let it go the first time but it has happened three times in just a few weeks. If I didn't just pass and see my packages they could be lost and I would be out the cost. I want to mention that on these days I have received mail with the same house address in my box but the package is left elsewhere. Please help.

Once again, my outgoing packages were not picked up, although mail was delivered and an outgoing letter was picked up. This is an ongoing problem. Contacting the North Point office is impossible. The phone number either goes to FAX or there is a fast busy (off the hook). How can a carrier deliver mail to my porch box, take a letter and leave 7 (very obvious) outgoing Priority Mail packages sitting on the porch? Regular carrier? He picks up. But substitutes are common and don't seem to care. Because of the holiday, I spent Monday getting my shipping done and on the porch by 8 AM this morning so as not to miss the carrier. By the time I arrived home this evening, it was too late to take the boxes to the post office. I paid for Priority shipping on most of the boxes and now they will arrive a day later than they should. Refund? Apology? I deserve both - plus more reliable service.

Im having a problem with the mail lady that drives the mailtruck she is a carcasain lady that is not delivering the mail at 5255 Shattalon dr lot143 My name is Jade Javone Bellamy and i have important mail that is to be delievered I go to school online and i recieve things by mail for my classes my books for hair school and some samples and and my bible studies , that lady is not my parent and or my gaurdian so could you stop her , she might be racist and doesnt respect my authority. please check her on that!

Oh my god! Worst attitude I’ve run into in a long time. If you don’t want a job just quit. Definitely would not waste my time going there. Bad reviews and now I see why. One simple question and she acted as if she was drug from her trailer to work

We haven't had any mail delivery this whole week. May be due to the snow. But why is the mail truck delivering packages to to neighbors but no mail. If the mail truck runs down our street why can't it deliver mail. Our address is 4611 Shattalon Cir. 27106

I have not received my mail on two Thursdays, May 3 and May 17. On May 3 I put a letter in the my box in early morning and it was never picked up; on May 17 I was supposed to get 4 letters according to USPS informed delivery and I did not receive them until today. A day later. I was out of town on May 10, also a Thursday, so there is a possibility that I did not get mail on that day as well.

I have had a letter to be mailed with the flag up for three days and my mail carrier has not picked it up. I want to know why the service is so bad. Thank you for your reply.

For about the 4th time in the past year I have scheduled a package pickup and the package was not picked up. I left a package scheduled to be picked up during my regular delivery today and just arrived home to find it still on the porch. Of course the local post office is now closed and I cannot reach anyone to get it and it's too late to drop it off anywhere. I will take it tomorrow but It is a birthday gift that will now be delivered late. Why do you offer this service if you cannot fulfill it?
