This office is a joke as is the entire USPS as a whole! I ordered a gift and it was shipped on December 10, 2020 there have been no updates since December 22, 2020 where it says it is in transit?! It was supposed to arrive at the latest with the delay on December 24, 2020. After opening a case this is the response I got from Magnolia station: this is the title: "USPS Service Request #XXXXXXXX Has Been Resolved!" Yet in the body of the email it states: "I have not been able to locate your item. You may want to go to our web site, USPS.com and do a Find Missing Mail search. That tab can be found under the Help tab in the top right corner." First; how is this resolved?! You cannot find my package, I do not have my package this is far from resolved!!! Secondly I opened a missing mail case which is why the Magnolia station was directed to look for it in the first place! What are you going to do to fix this? This was a Christmas gift and I'm out the money for the gift and the gift! I am livid at this point and will be contacting the Postmaster and above until someone answers for this and fixes it!

You are lucky to get your mail so early, mine comes from the same PO as yours and it has been coming for 2 years now between 6:30 & 8:30 in the evening 12 months a year.

I reported two weeks ago tht we had not received mail for a week. That particular day that I sent my complaint, was a Saturday. We did not receive mail that day but at 5 pm a post master pulled up in his personal car and delivered a package we had been waiting for. Mail was delivered this past week, until yesterday. We did . not receive mail yesterday, but today (Sunday 9/2/18),mail was delivered.

You must have a new person on the "Lost Tree Rd." route as I have received mail of my neighbors over the past 2 weeks several times & it makes me wonder where my mail is going. Please tell me you'll rectify this quickly.
