I called about a package that was returned and Bridgett was very rude and nasty over the phone. I called back not once, not twice but 3 times to speak with a postmaster 2/3 times she stated he was unavailable the 3rd time I left my name and number yet I still havent received a return call. My package was returned I reached out to Enfield where it was sent next and they were so thoughtful in trying to help me receive my package but it had already left their facilities. This was by far the worst service I have received from any postal employee.
