I know that I am not receiving all of my mail - I have not received a credit card that was mailed to me; several checks; billing statements, etc. I do seem to continue getting a couple of pieces of junk mail but not the important stuff?? I called to Post Office to ask for their assistance and was told to call back in the morning and talk with my carrier! No offer to check on my mail for me or to see if it's laying around there somewhere. The Wake Forest Post Office is definitely suffering in the area of customer service. My shortage of mail has been going on for weeks now.
Since April I have had ongoing issues with delivery of mail on time.I have received mail as long as 23 days after postmark.
Been at this post office for 20 years and something has definatly changed since April .i have 5 business entities on this one box and sometime I go three days with out any mail . This is impossible I would bet everything I have its in the back room in a pile with employees fighting over whose job it is to put it in the boxes.
Is there no over site ,or possibly a change in management ,something is definatly different .i have also talked to other people with boxes in the post office and they say they are experiencing the same issues.
PLEASE HELP US !!!!

moving here in December but sent a priority package to my new address..I had to go to the PO..added $33.41 in postage...my mistake...I used wrong box ...the manager, Mr personality said that my grandchildren needed to pay the extra...I am retired and could not afford the extra, so they did not get their granola bars.
Mr manager...go to Edison NJ where you would fit in perfect..Mr Grump...I hope you enjoy the goodie package....
I checked with five other people who live on Rogers Road, Rolesville and none of us had mail service on Saturday, August 6, 2016. It is now 3:41 p.m. and we have had no mail service today. Actually, this is unacceptable as this is a business address and also a private residence. Please check into this. Thank you.
Was expecting a package which requires a signature. Due to deliver today - waited at home for postwoman. She delivered items into our mailbox, but never came to the front door. Only 2 letters in box - checked online - package out for delivery. Went to WF Post Office - they said it was with the carrier. Told them she did not deliver it with my mail. Found carrier and she refused to look for the package! I have no idea where my package is! Have tried calling the WFPO but it rings busy constantly! Have never in my life experienced such unacceptable "service."!
Keep getting other people's mail. Mail from neighbors, from other subdivisions, does not matter. Some days no mail. Cannot get USA Today newspaper. Some times no newspaper, sometimes last weeks newspapers. Contact with route supervisor, no improvement. Neighbors complain, no improvement. Have lived in 5 different states, 7 different cities and have never in countered anything like this post office.
Why is it we don't get mail on a regular basis. There are days the carrier doesn't deliver to our area. It's not snowing, etc. I heard the office can call a carrier and tell them to come in? Shouldn't the mail all be delivered and then go in? Once again our street received no mail and its 610pm
Nothing worse than get dealing with Letter Carriers that fill in for the Letter Carrier that has the route. My mail seems to end up at other houses. I just pray I get my W2's. After all once my neighbors opened one of my bills for electric, water or gas they were praying it wasn't theirs. This just s has to stop.
I had a package delivered at 2:34pm per an email from the PO. I was home all day, checked outside and it was NOT delivered. Mail that was suppose to be delivered today after a week long hold, never got delivered either. The Wake Forest PO doesn't have a "working" phone number either, you have to call the 800 line....VERY FRUSTRATING.
This is the third year in a row that a package that we sent to my in-laws sat in the post office from December 22nd/23rd until December 26th. We pay for Priority Mail when we send it from upstate NY, the estimated date of delivery has been 12/23 or 12/24 for the past three Christmases and yet never arrive to their house until the 26th. It's HIGHLY frustrating. My brother-in-law has sent things to his kids here in upstate NY that they have never received. It's time for the USPS to look into the Wake Forest Post Office management and delivery team.
Where are all of the Smartpost orders? I ordered something from 2 different vendors who used Smartpost. One was on 11/24/15 and the other on 12/1/15. Both have been at this post office for weeks. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? My neighbors are advising of the same problem.
Charles Reck I mat not live in the Wake Forest Area, but i do know a mail carrier there that was hurt deeply by these acusations. This mail carrier takes pride in her work, and makes an extra effert to ensure the customer gets thier pakages and letters. I know for a fact there has been times she has stayed out later then required. Has gone out and helped other carriers get there mail out on there routes. The individuale her that lodged the complaint should have at least mentioned the routes that there was a problem in. This blanket that has been cast over the Wake County Poastal Service give all the mail carriers a black eye. The problems that exist inside the Facility should be addressed. But let's not over look the ones that go above and beyond to help others and to ensure thier customer's are satisfied......I'm standing proud beside you, you all know who you are that have done the job, and done it well from all of us, your friends, family and customers.....We say THANK YOU.
I am a customer of the wake forest post office and over the last several months this office has become a complete mess. These are the rudest people I have ever come in contact with. Also the mail doesn't get delivered as its suppose to. A few weeks back I had a package shipped to me priority mail and got it ten days later and then the package was a fishing rod and it was broken in half including the tube it was in. Today I had three large envelopes out for delivery according to tracking numbers and I never got those. This office is a disgrace to the federal government that it represents. Someone needs to make some changes or at least adjust the attitudes of the people who work there. So sad to see people who have a good job like this and act like they don't want to help you or even want to be there. I hope this is not in vain. Do something!!!!
