I'm very upset, my packages are being left by my mail box to get wet or stolen by whoever drives by or left in my driveway to get run over, this has been going on for over a year. I spend good money on my products and don't wish for them to get damaged. When I picked up my packages today that were left at my mail box the one on the bottom was damp and the bottom almost fell out of it. There is no reason what so ever other than just being lazy, why they can't put them on my porch at my house. I used to get packages delivered to my house all the time before COVID, there is no reason why they can't continue to do so. I have been trying to call for months and NO ONE ANSWERS THE DARN PHONE!!!!!! Put/deliver my packages to my house, it's not that hard!!!!!!!!!!!

Kudos to the people on the front desk at the Sylva Post Office. I have always found them extremely courteous and helpful, even during Holiday busy times. I don’t know why a couple of people feel they were treated badly. Maybe it was THEIR attitude on approaching the counter??

When is the Sylva Post Office going to get a competent carrier in the Green Creek area. I just went down to get my mail and found that my mailbox had not been closed completely (which happens 50% of the time), and since it was raining, all the mail was wet. Also, the out going piece of mail that was in the box was still in the box and was not picked up. This happens all too often also. You have one job to do and can’t seem to do that right.

a man who works there was very rude to me, just because I want to know where my package is that has 10 days and does not reach its final dismissal, I treat myself like shit people like that man can not continue working here, I just want to know where is my package and he knows very well who I am because he recognized me since he saw me and I face a face as if I knew what is happening with my lost package, I want to have a quick solution because this is not going to stay like that, that staff that they have working is not kind to people

Shannon in Sylva post office was very rude to me about our package not being at the lost office. When I asked her not to be so "snippy" with me, she replied, "Well, if you don't like it, you can talk to the Post Master!" She was very unprofessional.
