Unfortunately my Postal Delivery person has started putting a pickup note in my mailbox vs delivering the pkg to the door....this happened to me yesterday, I was expecting some very important medications from the VA, and nothing all day, my Daughter checked the mail and the little brown note was there...How do I know for certain?? I have RING video doorbell, and the only motion detected all day was my Daughter going to check the mail...this is a major deal for me, as I have important medications (important to my health) being delivered...now I have to go to the VA emergency room to get emergency refills on Meds I can't do without...I am not one to complain about every little thing...this should tell you there is a problem with mail service in Swannanoa

SPERATIC MAIL DELIVERY THEY RUN THREE TO FOUR TIMES A DAY IN MY ARE JUST TO GET THE MAIL DELIVERED AND YOU STILL DO NOT GET WHAT YOU HAVE ORDER AND PAID FOR AND ARE AWAITING DELIVERY ON THERE COMMUNICATION IS TERRIBLE I RECEIVED DAMAGED ITEMS THAT I HAD TO FILE FOR FULL REIMBURSEMENT OF THE PRODUCTS I ORDER FROM AMAZON THEY ARE HORRIBLE AT HANDLING PACKAGES MARKED FRAGILE AND I AM STILL AWAITING THE TWO GAS CAPS FOR A 150.CC SCOOTER I ORDERED THEY HAVE LOST THEM THEY SAY THEY DELIVERED THEM FRIDAY I JUST CORRECTED THE POSTAL WORKER ON THE PHONE THIS MORNING I SAID AND I QUOTE I WAS STANDING OUTSIDE AWAITING ON THE POSTAL TRUCK COUNTING ON MY GAS CAPS FOR A 150.CC SCOOTER TO BE DELIVERED ALL I GOT WAS A POWER BILL AND A CREDIT CARD BILL FROM AMERICAN EXPRESS THIS POST OFFICE NEEDS TO GET IT'S ACT TOGETHER OR HIGHER A NEW POST MASTER TO RUN THIS PLACE CORRECTLY AND SO YOU CAN GET YOUR MAIL .
