I was at the post office before it closed at 4:30 last week to mail a package. The woman there said I'm lucky because she was getting ready to run the daily report meaning I would not be getting postage. Also, this week, a substitute man was working in the usual woman's place and he was unfriendly and made me feel unwelcome. My elderly mother gets escripts and many times they were not available and a few times the package was opened. If you do not create a more professional atmosphere I will file a complaint with the OIG. I work and have to get there later to mail packages. I do not want to feel intimidated by lousy attitudes. If I find any retaliation for this, I will also file a report. You need to get your office in order. It is a small place, so it is easy to think a civil servant is boss over a customer.

My mail is always late today I have been tracking a package and it was out for delivery today and when my mail came at 5:15pm it wasn't in there I got a notification from USPS that it was being held at the post office per customer request I'm so fed up with my mail carriers some days I know I have mail coming and I literally watch them drive by my mailbox or my flag will be up and they drive right past it sometimes I go days without getting mail then my mailbox will be full from where they skip me for several days
