Had a package delivered to the wrong address in the neighborhood. Called the post office and they very politely assisted me. I was very pleased by the seamless way this problem was solved.


I am really getting tired of your drivers leaving my packages laying in the driveway in front of the garage when I have a covered front porch, if any of my packages are damaged you will be refunding me the entire cost plus shipping of the packages. This is just laziness on the part of your drivers.


Signed up for many free samples when I send companies an email questioning if they have been sent it says I should have them. ARE THE EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACT PEOPLE STEALING AGAIN?????????


This employee was unnecessarily rude . Her excuse was that she was trying to move the line . She thought having a nasty attitude would help move the line. She was very snappy when she was asked simple questions . And her co worker was also rude. They have been rude to other people before and nothing has been done to them


So I called and I was trying to talk and she said sir I'll back back get your words together like wtf rude, get some manners ffs
