Postal Locations

This is the worst postal service I’ve ever had to deal with!!! It is now 5:24 pm, I have been on hold 1 hour and 20 minutes! I realize they are closed now. I had a package out for delivery and got a notice at 3:49 pm that it was being held at the post office at the customer’s request. When I have a hold request they deliver, now they are holding with no request. This is not the first time this has happened. They need to replace the entire staff at the Shelby Post Office!!!

3rd time they've lost a package in 3 years. NEVER answer the phone, EVER! Just rings til they disconnect you. If Icould do 0 stars I would. The latest one they lost is an overnighted mortgage package. You know, nothing important or anything. Last time it was a hand made baby blanket that had belonged to daughter who passed away that I was sending to my son for his first born child.

USPS says Amazon package delivered. It was not.

Can I mail a package at Shelby NC on Saturday?

Have called this post office several times...they will not pick up the phone...would like to ask about a package that I sent but never arrived at the right address

Post Master usually on hand to help & resolve issues. Lean facility helpful staff. Lafayette St Shelby NC.

They said that they delivered packages but instead it was put in P O box instead of bringing it to my mail box.
