A truly terrible experience. I had a HUGE box - 22x22x20 inches - go "missing" and there's been absolutely no effort made to find my package. The last scan happened IN THE VERY SAME POST OFFICE THAT MY PACKAGE WAS MISPLACED IN. And not only that but I have yet another package (headed for the exact same location) that seems to have been delayed interminably.
So after 7 days of seeing my package stalled in the very same post office I originally sent if from and another delayed for absolutely no reason that I can fathom, I finally got fed up and drove to the post office to get answers. I was then promised by the supervisor, Nina that she would speak with the carrier responsible and get some answers for me. The package being as distinctive as it is would stick out in the carrier's memory for sure I thought.
Two days later I've heard absolutely nothing from her except that she hasn't had a chance to speak with him. TWO DAYS and you haven't had a chance to speak with your own employee? Your employee who has obviously done something wrong?
And then just today (4/5/17) she wouldn't even speak with me herself and instead used another employee like her own personal messenger. The incompetence of the staff and especially the supervisor is mind-boggling. Please do yourself a favor, save yourself the stress and the heartache, and listen to the other people who have left reviews here. For absolutely no reason should you use this USPS location if you can help it. It looks like my own packages might not be returned to me and that's hundreds of dollars that I've now lost due to the incompetence of this staff.
Until my situation is resolved I simply cannot recommend this USPS to anyone. Go ahead and buy your stamps and boxes here, but don't trust them to have your interests at heart and definitely don't trust them with your mail.
Needed basic information - what customs forms is appropriate. Tried to phone for hours - line continually busy. Tried all over the USPS site to find info, not available - tried to the the 1-800 # robo systems continued to loop with no option for international forms. If post offices are SO understaffed, and under funded, why not cancel Saturday delivery and use those funds to actually service people. Currently it is appalling.
this bunch is completely incompatent. They have misdirected my mail for 2 months. Seems to be some kind of vendeta.Ive tryed to work with them but now they have costed me money by illegally misdirecting my mail. Firstly they started holding our mail with no notice. rrthen thney started sending it back. So to avoid having to eal with the bozos I opened a box at a different office, and put in a change of adress, which they messed up. STill sending my mail back. So bright an early monday morning im calling my lawyer and starting a law suit. They started this little war, but im gionna win it
