This post office is horrible for customer service. My rural carrier is pleasant and helpful. Receiving the same service at post office, not so much. Hours are not posted. When they are open, you will stand in line for long periods of time as you hear them cackle and converse in the back not caring at all how many people walk in for service. When they do appear to work counter, they are rude. Plain and simple. New management is needed. I now drive to Timberlake, because the employees there are friendly, and helpful.

Due to a recent policy change, all Bahama resident packages that can’t be delivered to their homes are no longer going to be available for pick up at the Bahama post office( I live in Bahama and this P.O. is closest to my house). They are now being dropped off at the Rougemont Post offfice which is much further from my house. Also, I much prefer the Bahama post office because the lady that works at that office is very pleasant, has great customer service skills and never has a problem finding my packages. She has even helped me carry them to my car on occasion. The Rougemont post office attendants are often rude and act like they can’t ever find my packages even when I have called ahead to make sure they are there before I make the trek all the way out there. I complained to the manager Carolyn Branch and she refused to accommodate my request to have all my packages sent to the Bahama post office. Packages have been dropped off at the Bahama post office for years and now all of the sudden they refuse to do that any longer. This is a major inconvenience and disservice to the people that live in Bahama. Also, it takes away business from the Bahama post office. Please change this new policy. I would love to be able to receive my packages at the Bahama post office again.
