I would like to thank Finley for all of his help. I sent a package to my daughter In Rolesville, from Michigan. I have done this many times without a problem, but for some reason, this time it got lost. I started tracking it, from Raleigh to Maine, to New Hampshire than Scottsdale AZ. Finally I called Rolesville P.O. Finley answered was very friendly and willing to help. He solved the problem, found the package in AZ, had it shipped back to Rolesville, and was finally delivered. I will give 5 Stars to Rolesville P.O. Thank You!

Monnie is the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. We moved here from another state, had our home here's mail sent to another home and then she said she did not do it. We had to practically start over and send in many forms. We have taken packages there, does not greet us, slams our packages down, etc. customer service is apparently not her thing and it is time for people like that to get another job which they don't deal with people. Neighbors warned us not to go there because of her and they are so right!

I've had nothing but pleasant experiences with Monnie. She is simply the nicest, most personable usps worker I have ever dealt with. Many of my friends in Rolesville have said to me that "the lady who works at the Rolesville post office is amazing." I'm sorry for this person's bad experience, but I do not think it's typical. Monnie is wonderful.

I moved to Wake Forest in 2015, but I am close to the post office in Rolesville. I went to that location once and that was enough for me. Customer service is not a priority. Clerk was rude and very unfriendly. She did not even have a pleasant greeting like (hello, good morning how may I help you). Nothing, more like why are you bothering me. So, needless to say I don’t use that location for my postal needs; even though it is very close to me.
