Your phone is always busy. I've tried calling multiple times a day this week. This happened the last time I tried to contact you a couple of months ago as well. It's as if this line isn't in use or is intentionally left off the hook? I would suggest removing your phone number from this site if that's the case.

I tried to place a hold on my mail, after about 30 minutes of the computer saying it did not understand or giving me a wrong answer, it said that their technology did not support a mail hold online and an agent would come online in an hour and sixteen minutes. I could have a call back that would not effect my place in line, though. Since I am calling from out of the country, a call back would not work, even with the country identifier. Time wasted = 1 , Mission accomplished = 0 , what a waste of government money.

Hello, please Pickup Hold Mail since February 23, 2020 to 02/30/2020. I am owner at 12066 Stratfield Pl Cir, Pineville NC 28134.

Since the PUSPO split our neighborhood and took away our very competent and reliable carrier, NOTHING has been consistent since. Mail can be delivered from 8:30 am until 5pm, never the same or even close to the same time frame. The carriers leave mail in box when the mail is to go out, put the wrong mail in our boxes, cram packages in boxes when it should be brought to the door and never know who, when or type of vehicles to except. This is not only POOR service, more importantly a security issue. I pay more and get MUCH less. Called to try and speak to a human about these issues and wait times are up to ONE HOUR on the phone!
