The mail carrier on our street is horrible! They must need a new pair of glasses or something! They always mix our mail up with a person one street over! Also, we get mail for people in completely different neighborhoods. They need to pay better attention especially with packages the they deliver. It can’t be really that hard to read the address before sticking it in a mailbox! I have asked over and over not to deliver mail in anyone else’s name but they still do! Very disappointed!

Very slow today. Second time I’ve come in because line was so long. Line longer now. Only one person at desk helping people. I’ve been here 15 minutes and just got in the door where people can mail packages. Postmaster, please fix this problem.

Our mail delivery in River Bend is the worst delivery possible. I will be coming on to the office on Monday, November 15 and will be requesting to see the Postmaster IN PERSON!!! I have spoken to our regular mail person about our delivery service- 600 accounts in one day is absolutely ridiculous!! I am VERY upset!! Ut has taken over two (2) weeks to receive 2 certified mail return recepts! RIDICULOUS!!

Tried to call as I needed to urgency to speak to someone regarding medical supplies. I called the published contact number back to back to back for over an hour last evening and since opening time this am. This is an urgent matter as I’ve had a stoke and can’t drive. Filed online temporary mail forwarding form more than a month ago, and now somedays the mail is still delivered to the address and somedays it is forwarded. We have talked in person to a supervisor at the New Bern post office twice now and he said he would take care of it. yesterday a neighbor advised us that the mailbox is stuffed full of packages and mail that should have been forwarded. How do I get this situation corrected.

I have been calling the number listed on this page for THREE DAYS now and NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE. USPS is literally the WORST in all areas.. customer service, delivering packages.. you name it. If the number listed is incorrect, update it so people don't have to waste their time (2526386112) ... I have a package that's been sitting in new Bern for over 36 hours.... was suppose to be delivered Friday... Would love to know when I'll get it! Let's also not forget the countless times I've witnessed packages thrown on to my porch because the mail woman did not want to get out of her car.. or the times she drove through my yard in the pouring rain leaving ruts as if she went mudding... or that we use to get our mail by 2:00pm and now we are lucky if we get it by 7:00pm.. Pretty hard to feel sympathy when I hear they are considering closing USPS as I never have pleasant experiences.

The New Bern Post Office regularly delivers our mail between 8 PM and midnight. Mail should arrive during normal working hours.

Recently our mail within River Bend, NC has taken 4-5 days to arrive. The post mark on the envelope when it does arrive to its destination is from Charlotte.... What changed? Furthermore, mail sent to outside of my community i(River Bend) has taken 6-8 days to arrive. Why?

Our mail is delivered by Connie Williams, the best postal carrier of all. She has been delivering to Taberna since the first homes were built and we appreciate everything she does. Secondly I have never found the employees at the Glenburnie Post Office to be unprofessional. Actually I found them to be mostly delightful. I guess people just have to complain about something.

The worst mail service I have ever had. Mail "might" show up sometime after 5:30 - 6:00 pm. Sometimes nail iui isn't delivered as I have photos showing mail for the day. It us pitch black out and I have to go out and possible get mail...Totally unacceptable.

Received mail yesterday, Dec. 21, that should have been delivered 3 weeks ago. This caused us to have 2 late bills. Post mark on one of envelopes was Nov. 26. Weekly magazine that arrived was for Nov. 26 - Dec. 1. Wondering what else has not been delivered. Frequently we get neighbors mail in our mailbox. Not certain if we have a specific carrier, since it seems there are different ones all the time. Numbers are on mailboxes, so there should not be a mix up with mail.

Were is our mail at today we need our mail today not monday or tuesday.

My packages are randomly undeliverable and I've lived in this house for over a year and the house is clearly marked. I've contacted several times over the past few days to ask why my packages are undeliverable and no one can answer my question. They continuously tell me they will return my phone call but NEVER have. Each time I call, they put it on someone else who isn't there to call me back and I never receive a phone call. The one package I really need cannot be located. I get my regular mail with no problem but when it comes to packages, they are randomly undeliverable.

The New Bern USPS on Glenbernie Rd is a pathetic excuse for a business. It is a good thing they are funded by the government, they would not survive on their own income. The employees are very unprofessional, the service is terrible and my mail doesn't get here until 6pm. No wonder USPS isn't far from going out of business. They act as if they are volunteer workers. So sad.

Our mail does not come until dark every evening on Meadowbrook Dr. in Trent Woods.  Sometimes, it does not come until 7:30 pm.  It is ridiculous!!  There are a lot of elderly widows on our street that do not need to have to walk to their mailbox in the dark, as mean as people are these days, besides being in danger of falling.  It's cold, too!!
