TL:DR "I believe you have my stapler " - Office Space Nobody uses paper anymore - just put out a communal stapler! My husband went to the post office to send out passport renewal applications. He went to this post office at Saturday 7/1 around 11 am, and asked to use the stapler to attach our passport photos to the form. The woman he worked with was very nice and offered him the stapler to attach the photos. The photos have to be attached in a specific way. Unfortunately, we didnt include everything we needed so we had to do the whole process again Monday 7/3 around 1:30 pm. This time, though, a man was working and refused to let my husband use his stapler. He argued with my husband that we should just be able to tape it. Agreed - but it is a government form with very clear rules (and a diagram) and extremely long turn around times so we cannot afford to lose time because it had to be returned. Instead of just letting my husband use the stapler - this man said he would staple it and almost stapled right in the middle of the picture. He would not listen when my husband again tried to say there is a specific way it needs to be done. My husband had to leave, buy a stapler, and then go to an entirely different USPS to avoid this man. A 10 minute errand took an hour and a half out of my husbands work day. If the employee had not been stopped - it would have cost a lot more to have to go get another set of pictures and forms. Will never go again and will reach out directly to management.

I have been calling since early May trying to locate my package that says it was delivered on May 6! I have never received it & I want to know who has it! Their phone has been busy non-stop every day! Do they keep it off the hook?? I called 143 time yesterday & started calling again this morning & still busy! No body is that busy that you can’t answer a BUSINESS phone!!

We live on a private road and our mail person drives reckless we have had our dog hit I am concerned when the grandkids are visiting. I have complained several time with no success. I get my neighbors mail and yesterday when leaving the house my neighbors had my mail. Do we not pay our mail people enough or do they just not care.

The retail portion closed early today. I am not happy! I had my cell phone with me, which tells the correct time. I needed to buy a few stamps. You are supposed to turn new customers away at 5PM, NOT any time PRIOR. Work THROUGH your shift! FINISH your shift!

I ordered some stuff offline the 14th of december. My statement said it would arrive by the 20th. (I checked my email daily bc it's my kids Christmas and I'm just excited) well on the 20th, my statement said it was delivered to my home which wasn't true. ( I was home all day waiting on this package to come:it never came) so after calling children's place (and emailing) calling UPS and the Stanley Post Office I was told to call Mt.Holly Post Office. The lady SWORE up and down the package was delivered on the 20th to my house. After telling her I never received she said she'd call me back after she walked the floor and talked to someone. By 330 I've not heard a word, so my dad called just to get told the same thing! ! I'm basically in tears, just waiting on a phone call.THANK GOD FOR GOOD NEIGHBORS "TWO" DOOR DOWNS! ! i received my package on the 21st by a neighbor whom WALKED it to my house! ! Tomorrow somebody will be getting an hear full from me, considering the women sat here and told me she was looking on the computer and GPS was saying it was delivered to my front porch! Next thing I purchase online WILL be priority mail or pick up from post office! !
