I had a prescription medication that my doctors in Hickory used a specific pharmacy distributor that is able to get the medicine I need for my skin condition at a very low cost to me considering what it would be elsewhere. I have called the post office and had the clerk check on my package that was supposenly delivered to the address that we use for parcels and used my # of the post box as directed to. The UPS shows delivered with time and date to this Morganton post office. Yet the clerk said no package waiting on shelf nor in my box; which she checked herself. I have the tracking number and was hoping they could find it. The pharmacy shows it delivered; they had processed my payment I made first for them to ship it and wont return my money back since it delivered by their records to the address verified by me to the post office Sanford address given for parcel delivery's. This is so rediculous that I have to invest this much time trying to find my medicine. I am not paying again and having to wait for insurance since its too soon to order a refill. This has been a nightmare. I am suppose to have been using this to see if it would help restore pigmentation its serious skin condition before paying out of pocket for expensive lighting trial that holds risks. So thanks to the Post Office and the team in the back that are apparently incompetent and internal affairs may need to step in and investigate. For this is the second time something has occured like this. One package I had paid to ship oversees like all the rest of my packages for military itemized and all received just fine except during the holidays when I listed items and gifts were inside for my child and well the box never arrived to her. Station manager is a waste he lets things happen and does absolutely nothing. The staff well they are well aware of this particular woman who is processing the mail and shipments. So if your carrier has the wrong mail in your box or well maybe a package is not being delivered to you its because of the people at the Morganton POST OFFICE that are not adequately doing their jobs. Thus the deliery of mail to residents issues. I had to use a box since I had trouble getting my mail as well delivered to me when it was a package delivery. So for those like myself who order through AMAZON, Send and call the headquarters of Amazon and let them know for what we pay for memberships to Amazon they need to use FedEx or another source that is not affiliated with dropping at post offices. They are making money by working with Amazon. They are for profit. Not controlled by the US GOVT. So complaints to Amazon and drive the message about the issues we all have with our post office and this is not just with Morganton US Postal Svs Carriers it is from what I have learned an issue that other locations in surrounding counties deal with as well. Some better than others. I will use in Morganton the UPS Store rather than through the Morganton or any post office. I never have any issues with UPS Store. It is worth it. The clerks are not the issue at all. It is poor management and staff that work in shipping and receiving that sort for the carriers. Those that live off on dead end or unpaved streets in rural areas forget receiving any packages. Carriers will say undeliverable. They lie. Yes it has occured many times when I stayed home expecting a delivery for a baby shower I was hosting for my daughter and several packages were to arrive. No delivery at all. I called and tracked and still as stated before 8 pm. No delivery. So dont reley on this branch in Morganton. Drivers are hired to assist with overload from seasons and some stick and some substitute when drivers are out sick or vacationing. They honestly are not reliable, honesty is questionable since they use private vehicles it would be difficult to determine which packages remained in their cars and which are actually delivered. No cameras on them so ...? Where is the security and protection that your orders that you paid for and expected to deliver are actually going to get to you.

I've never had a problem in the past with Morganton Postal Service until the last year or so. The Carrier who delivers in Oak Hill area doesn't like to deliver packages...so she pretends to attempt to deliver and leaves them at the post office...the reason we have packages delivered is because of the convenience of it. If I had the time to go to the post office, I wouldn't need to order online. I wish Amazon wouldn't use the postal service because maybe they would actually be delivered insteading of leaving a slip in the mailbox saying an attempt was made, when it wasn't. I was told not to have the delivery done during the week because they wont be delivered, but to have it done on Sundays so it will be delivered because the carrier doesn't work on Sundays. Its just a shame they allow someone to regulate what they will and wont do. Maybe you guys will put this carrier in another area so we can get mail on time and actually get packages delivered. Very bad look for the Post office in Morganton NC

I'm trying to figure out why the mail was not delivered at all yesterday I seen the lady go by but she did not deliver mail at all yesterday on Saturday. Nobody in the tralor park received any type of mail. Who can I call to report this major issue.

I was waiting on a check to come in the mail which showed up on my informed delivery to be delivered today. As my husband is at the mailbox after the mail lady arrived he notices she has mixed up everyone's mail in our trailer park, being that we had other neighbors mail in our own mailbox. He politely told her and asked her to check the mailboxes for our mail. She acted like she looked for it, which we hadn't recieved not one of the mail pieces that was supposed to be delivered today at all in ours period. It's aggravating she was careless about organizing our mail when we live in a huge park with three sections of mailboxes which lock with keys. I'm very disappointed, we have always received our mail that shows on the informed delivery on time it says it will. Our mail lady should be more concerned about getting everyones mail in the correct boxes being that it's very important!!

Today is 10/28, I am expecting a priority insured package mailed on 10/6. It shows being processed through ISC in New York on 10/9, no more updates.Today is the 28th and the website advises to contact my post office. I have called Morganton 3 times to speak to the Post Master after it rings multiple times it is answered then hung up. After 3 times this is intentional. Rates keep increasing service keeps getting poorer. No way to find out anything……very dissatisfied.

There a lot of mailboxes where mine is located and I'm regularly getting mail for a number of different addresses and had neighbors bring my mail to me. Today I was waiting on a small package and got a couple letters but the package was confirmed to ebay by the usps as delivered. How can my package be confirmed as delivered when it wasn't put in my box?

The mail delivered to my house today was not my mail. The address is clearly marked on my mailbox in 4" numbers yet 3 pieces of mail were delivered to the box with a different name and address. Thought all mail carriers were required to take a knowledge test before being hired to make sure they could read? I don't know where my mail ended up being delivered today.

Mindy took over our route nearly a year ago. After one week she refused to deliver packages because our road was too long and bumpy (even though it had never bothered any carrier before) so I set up a drop box for her halfway down our road. She used this for 2 weeks then it rained one night and she left a note saying "your turn around is too muddy, I won't deliver to it." For the next 2 months I realized that I would have to drive to the post office to pick up all of my packages because she was too lazy and would use any excuse possible. Then one day she took a valuable package clearly marked FRAGILE and instead of leaving it at the post office like she does with every other package of ours she decided to bend it in half and shove it in our mailbox, destroying the contents. She is completely incompetent and I've had enough. She is not fit to do her job.

Wanted to commend all at this facility! Was a busy place this morning and customers were taken care of patiently and quickly,. Manager, Bruce, answered all of my questions and concerns in establishing a new address, forwarding mail and even located a lost package and had it re-delivered to my door.. Appreciate you guys!!!

I check an order from Amazon for 329 Drexel Road, Morganton, nc...was suppose to be delievered 1/20/2021. Tracking said, "an attempt was made, but could not find address? I am assuming that you have a new driver or a fill-in. 2 Days before the Mail carrier Laid Package and mail on my porch. This address has not changed in 20 years. (come through the gate at First Apostolic Church, we have 2 gates, one is always open...we are on right hand side of the Church, if you are facing the church...you can see our carport. hope this helps.

Today I watched the postal lady write out a form and put it in our mailbox. When I picked up the form, it said an attempt was made to delivery a package with postage due. Not true! The woman never got out of her mail truck. I am a senior citizen over the age of 80 and should not have to make a trip to the post office because the delivery person was too lazy or too much in a hurry to do her job.

My address is 3196 Norman drive Morganton NC 28655, I am wanting to know why your mail carrier didn't deliver any ones mail today.Everybody who lives on Norman drive received no mail today 6/8/2020.why is that. I know it's not a holiday so where's our mail.

The mail was running late on June 03 2019 they didn’t run on my street and they are always put other peoples mail in our mail box and our mail in other peoples mail box now I done made one complaint once and this will be my second report about this and I am tired of this I was suppost to get a pay check on Friday May 31 but it never came in or someone else got it and I’m getting tired of this they haven’t fixed this problem and it’s been a year since I made the other complaint I just don’t know who else I need to get in contact with to get this problem fixed if you can get back with me that would be good thank you

Today I leveled a complaint with Connie at the Morganton Post Office. Our Morganton carrier twice now has thrown packages onto my porch and he has also at times set packages out by the road rather than taking the time to set them on the porch. These actions have been witnessed by residents within the household. Connie has assured me that he will not do this again however I have my doubts. This is exactly why more and more people are using UPS and Fed Ex for their deliveries. If anyone else has these issues please comment and let me know how they were handled. I would also be interested in knowing if there is another level that I can file a complaint with.

Two to three times per week I go to my mail box and discover mail belonging to my neighbors has been placed into my mail box. Today the same delivery lady dropped my mail onto the road when she attempted to deliver She then snatched the mail from the roadway and drove off without delivering my mail. BTW I do not get paid for delivering my neighbors mail...
