I went to the annex 3 weeks to take my completed request to move my mailbox due to health reasons. I have heard nothing. I've called and the phone rings and rings but no one answers. How long does it take to get consent to move MY mailbox?

The location in Monroe NC on Dickerson is notorious for not reopening timely after closing for lunch. Their posted hours give a 2 hour break for lunch which is crazy! Today my DNL waited until 2:20 and still no one comes to the door and also no answer on the phone line. Unacceptable level of service.

I keep getting mail that belongs to my neighbors. Carrier needs to be more careful. This has happened 3 times in the last week. I only had one piece of mail today and it was for my next door neighbor.

I work at a business in Indian Trail and have been trying to contact this office for a week and a half. The phone just rings and rings and no one ever answers. Our mail was held for a whole week because we had to get a new mailbox (which is understandable) because our lock was broken. We get very important mail here considering this is a corporate business and they couldn't have made any more inconvenient for us.Then when we got a new mailbox, they complained about the new one being too far from the road, a mailbox in which was mandated and placed by the town of Indian Trail not us doing it to make the mail carriers job harder. We were told we would not be getting our mail delivered to us even though we have a mailbox. I am speaking for everyone here at this business when i say we are not happy with the service of this office in the least bit. If I could switch carriers i would!!!

Recently requested a "HOLD MAIL" submission online, received a confirmation # that it was done, left town for 2 weeks assuming my mail was not piling up in my rural mailbox...WRONG!! A neighbor left a phone message that she saw mail in my box through the cracked door...2 days after the "start" date. Called the local post ofc and was told the carrier would pick up the mail and hold ongoing. More mail was left that same afternoon and had to make yet another call. Finally made a complaint to 800-275-8777 to get a case #. Four days later of mail delivered in error and 3 phone calls, just maybe this issue is resolved. Poor service!
