Have not received mail or had mail pickup for the last three days...have had a letter for pickup in on Monday am and it is still in the box....can't get anyone to help...date of this messg 04/13/22...I would like my mail picked up and of course would like my mail delivered to me...I get something every single day so this is unusual

Am not receiving mail at my apartment. It's been 5 days and counting. I'm expecting important info from social security and they ONLY CORRESPOND BY MAIL. Have called at varying times during the day and cannot get out of the loop of recorded message about COVID caused slowdowns in delivery. This is an excuse for poor service and lack of communication. Now I have to go in person. I wonder if they'll even let me in.

I guess the mail person delivering my package decided they would put in a request that I didn't want it delivered to me or come to my home. They do not answer the phone and now I can't get my package. I know they are all over worked but please don't do stupid stuff like this because you don't know what they package is and what it's used for.

2/10/21 @ 2:41EST - Carrier "runs aground" in cul-de-sac and runs over shrubs beside corner of driveway....and got stuck. That's correct...stuck, all captured on RIng. Garbage trucks, moving vans all seem to be able to navigate AN EMPTY CUL-DE-SAC. Instructed he needed to call supervisor, whatever number he called hung up on him three times. Finally after taking pics, I helped him get unstuck from root of main shrub ran over and frustratingly sent him on his way. (BTW, while he was stuck, another gentlemen drove up and handed him mail gathered over the last few days that was delivered to wrong addresses).

Don’t try and call they hang up on you Instead of saying hello or they let the phone ring till it disconnects.. my mail lady is always on her phone never delivering packages to their appropriate door.. not to mention cussed me out cause my dog was barking at her while she’s standing in the condo walkway still chatting on her phone thinking no ones gonna report her... does this almost everytime she delivers here.. oh and her usual nap sessions at our clubhouse is starting to piss me off since she can’t do her job accordingly

Again.. I was expecting a package today according to my email. Delivery person said "attempted to deliver package and didn't have access" to deliver! THAT'S A TOTAL LIE. I received my other mail today...hmmm. I have been home all day! I have a front porch if package doesn't fit in mail box. My mail came at 7:44 p.m. awfully late than usual time. I didn't have to sign for package...WHY is this happening????? I needed this package for a friend tomorrow morning. My neighbors are having issues of receiving the correct mail and including us. Three different addresses had to exchange their mail. And one neighbor received a package from another subdivision!!!! Something has to change!

The Mint Hill NC post office is the worst. Today... was the second time in 1 week my packages were delivered. HOWEVER, they were both in the street on the ground. Neighbor said they saw the first package on top of the mail box and must have fallen. Anyone could come by and steal it.! Today...this package again was on the ground and before I got home, we had a downpour and the packaged is soaked through and contents damaged! I guess the saying that "the mail must go thru in rain sleet or even snow" ...follow their appointed rounds....etc doesn't pertain to these lazy careless postal workers. What is the problem with putting it on the front porch???? They can drive into the driveway. My Dad was a postal supervisor years ago and would follow up on complaints. This would not be tolerated!! My other complaint is..I get my neighbors mail and I'm sure they get mine. I know these postal workers get paid well!

First, I want to thank you all for always doing a wonderful service for me. I thought my accumulated was to be delivered today. I was alerted also that two packages were being held by USPS. Hopefully I will receive everything tomorrow. Thank you again for always being there.

I am constantly getting mail for other people in my neighborhood, even on other streets. I am partially disabled and it is difficult for me to act as a mailman. I get notices that they tried to deliver certified mail and I wasn't home, which is ridiculous because I work part time at home and am at home always until at least late in the afternoon. They left a key in my box for P-4 to pick up a package and it wouldn't fit into the box. I left a note for the mail deliverer to please deliver it to my home, but doubt that she will do it. Worst mail carrier I have ever seen, constantly on the phone. I can't manage to pick up packages anyway at the mail kiosk because I have to use a cane to get up the curb and even fell one day while trying to manage the cane and a bunch of mail that had been stuffed into my mailbox that was so full that I hurt my hand trying to get it out. Something has to be done about this. Those are good paying jobs that are being wasted by people who absolutely care nothing about giving good service. It's a shame.

This post office should be closed down and the employees should be shot for doing the absolute worst job on the planet. Every day I get mail that does not belong to me, I get Tracking notifications that a package was delivered...and it wasn't. I have Registered Mail items showing they were delivered without me even signing for them! Hire monkeys to do the job; they have to be better than the idiots working for you now. The delivery driver is too dumb to work at McDonalds and you have the person handling mail on a daily basis? YOU SUCK!!!! Get your God-Damn act together!!! You are all a disgrace & should be arrested for what is no doubt multiple Federal Offences you are guilty of every day.

Mail Carrier puts packages in the wrong mailbox. I have my neighbors mail in my mailbox all the time. Also, they don't answer the phone when you need them. I have had at least 2 missing packages since I lived in this area. The post office service here is terrible.

TOOK OR LOST MY PACKAGE. OPENED A CASE. TRIED TO SPEAK TO THE DELIVER SUPERVISOR AND WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR 20 MINS. HUNG UP AND CALLED BACK. NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE!!! THE PHONE JUST RINGS AT LEAST 30 TIMES.

For the past year or so my mail carrier has changed, and changed for the worst. The previous Cartrier had persistence delivery times. Only one complaint in 15 years. Now the present carrier is the opposite. Never know when to check for mail, because it comes at diffrent times every day. It may come at 10 am or as late as 7 pm. She hardly ever put my flag down when I mail a letter. Sometime the door is left open, even in the rain. When I ask for my mail to be held, she still delivers some and hold some. She delivers the bulk collected mail after the day I requested for it to be resumed. I have spoke with the station manager several time about this, but little to no improvement. Only an argument that the mail is not delivered that late.

I know this was 2 months ago, but still felt the need to reply. I lived in a few states and even in another country and I have never had this mail misrouted so much and so many missing packages before. I tried to call the station manager or a delivery manager and no one picked up. This is suppose to be the United States Post Office. Not sure what's going on, but I am filing several complaints.

I have never had great luck at this Mint Hill location. I didn't get a package delivered because it was to big for my mailbox! Yep, I had no doubt that it was to big as it was dogfood. It was attempted at a time I was home, but nobody told me they had made an attempt. I found out thru the seller. I couldn't get the Mint Hill location to answer the phone. I never did find my package so I'm SOL.

This Post Office is Over Charging for box rentals. Box rental rates posted in the lobby are way off and misleading. Rates have doubled in the last 2 yrs. I have brought it to their attention numerous times, nothing has changed. Mail is not put in PO Boxes daily. PO Boxes are full of Junk Mail weekly. Junk Mail should not be in PO Boxes. We pay rent for these boxes unlike mail delivered to residences for free. Remove the Junk Mail from PO Boxes. Stop overcharging for PO Boxes. Reassign the manager of this branch of the Post Office for retraining. This branch has gone downhill in the last 2 yrs. I have had great experiences at this branch up until 2 yrs ago. Manager must go.

The people at this office, don't care if you get your mail or not. I have been looking for some mail From May. No notice in the mail box that it came or not . I have too call the rental office each day to ask if I it came. and when I call the post office no one answers the phone. and this is not the 1st time having a problem with this office. For many years I've had good experiences with the Mint Hill Post Office as well as with the employees, however over the past year I have had some concerns. One in particular I wished I had addressed earlier. I won't get into all of them here but will mention the latest issues of: (1) outgoing lost mail (2) and mail taking an exceptionally long time to arrive to Mint Hill from Matthews. Does anyone know if our area has experienced a circumstance that would cause the above? Thank you.

Instructions for renting a post office box list options for personal identification. However, once we got to post office, the worker pulled out a different list of criteria for identification. Why doesn't PO box application match the enforced criteria?

Does any one know how to file a complaint about their mail carrier? We have had the same carrier for years and never had a problem. We now have a new carrier and we get our packages left on the garbage can, rubber banded to the mailbox in inclement weather, etc.

I should have listened to all the other Google reviews about the Mint Hill post office. At the busiest part of the day (lunch period), this USPS only had one cashier available. I waited in line for 30 minutes to return a package. Right at the moment when there was only one person in front of me, the manager (at least I think that's who he was) came up to me and said that I would have to get out of line and purchase a roll of tape just to close the top of my small box. I have NEVER purchased tape just to secure the top of boxes at USPS. Each one that I have ever visited since I was a child always provide a small piece of tape EVEN if my box was already taped closed. So not only did I waste my lunch hour on this minor errand, I also had to return back to my office with this package just because he refused to give me a piece of tape. I was furious and I swear I will never return to this location. The staff here are inconsiderate and thoughtless, certainly not a representation of the USPS customer service I have experience since childhood.

The staff at this location are very dry and no customer service skills no compassion for the customers. I missed my passport appointment and I asked the lady could she squeeze me in but she didn't even look at me when she responded
