lost mail, in nov 2020 my electric was lost, in dec 2020 my water bill was lost, my new bank card was sent on jan 15 2021 i still havent recieved it, however my bank statement was post marked jan 21 and i recieved it on jan 25, what is going on with the mail delevery, i have come to the conclusion that it was lost or stolen, i will report it to my bank tomorrow, see if you can find it
