This place is the worst, Ran by people who just dont care about their job because they hate their life is what I guessing. I literally drive 30 mins away to avoid this place and I live 2 mins away from this branch. That's not the only thing, their drivers wont get off their lazy butts to have a package signed for they just throw the pink slip in the mail box and drive out. This branch is lucky I'm not manager, I'd fired every single one of them and make sure they never work postal again.

Harrisburg USPS specifically Timberwood dr. mail service has got to be the most erratic in the state. Anywhere between 11:00 am to 8:00pm. Today Monday May 20th 6:20pm, no mail yet. Seems as though Monday is a special day. Just can't depend on a regular service time. WHY?

Fine when it's the regular carrier, but substitutes can't seem to grasp that because of the large lots in our neighborhood, house numbers are often several digits apart. I always know when we've had a sub because the wrong mail is in my box despite the prominently displayed numbers on the box. Just tried to call the local office and the phone rang continuously, then made a screeching sound like it was a fax number. Pathetic.
