Goes to show we have dumba**es working for the government got a call from “a supervisor” then she proceeded to scream at me over the phone very unprofessional. She acted like child when you tell them no. She should be fired terrible way to show the kind of company y’all are. Keep in mind she called me with all then then proceeds to block all mail to my address. She needs to not be employed. I will be taking this to the news. Phone call was recorded good luck cause your “supervisor” f***ed you. And what a bright idea you’d rather have me come in person to get it cause I’ll be face to face and let’s see what you say then you dumb b***h. What ever happened to the customer is always right???

Worse customer service ever Been having issues since 2/17 with my mail getting delivered Came in store and they were the rudest customer service person instead of helping the customer they decide to share rude comments A lady with dreads in a bun decided to join our conversation as if she was the one I was speaking with and she was the one that started with the rude and def no customer friendly comments Deserves to be fired!!!!!!

I received a notification that my package was delivered to a neighborhood cluster mailbox with USPS tracking number 92612909858780551053652103 on Thursday, 08/27/2020. It for the second leg of a UPS delivery for Torrid clothing store. A key was placed in my mailbox. When I opened the locker it was empty. I need the correct lock box/locker key and my package please. I forgot to call Spring Valley Post Office on Friday. I plan to call first thing Monday morning since they are closed on the weekend.

I never received a package that was reported to UPS and Maurices Clothing store as delivered at 1:20 p.m. to a Parcel Locker on May 12th. USPS delivered the last leg. I am a fellow USPS employee. When I got the key to open the parcel locker from my regular mailbox, the parcel locker was empty. I reported this to Maurices, UPS, and USPS. I hope that my package is in one of the two other parcel lockers and the wrong key was placed in my mailbox. I would hope that a fellow employee did not take my package.

I'm trying to get a customer service number to report that my mail is either being taken or lost somewhere in the post office. I had two packages that were sent from vendors and they used the post office and I have yet to receive either. However your tracker states that the packages were delivered and I don't have them. Is there a customer service number or do I need to come to the office to find out what has happened to both my packages?????

I am an employee of the US Postal Service and there is a thief or thieves within the system. I dropped off my mail at 2300 Soabar Street May 3rd trying to be proactive for Mothers Day. One of cards that was being mailed to SC, was opened and cashier check was badly compromised (name and amount was changed) and was deposited via Cash Points in Matthew's, NC. to an account in Greensboro State Employees Credit Union...if you have any concerns regarding theft of your mail please contact the Postal Inspection Service. I'm pissed because not only they stole from me, but my mother, sister and godmother. GOD will handle it and they ( my co workers will be charged for theft and for compromising a bank transaction)

I am writing in to let you know that our postman is the greatest!! And i want his supervisor to do something special for Eric Willis. During the snowstorm the streets had not been plowed and his truck could not go down the street but dispite being told to stop come back in he was determined to get our mail to us in that 12" of snow by parking truck on one street and walking for blocks at a time to make sure we got our mail.It was amazing his determination and i applaud him King for A Day. My street area is Broad Ave.
