We moved in to crown trailer park and was told to go to the west gate city Blvd location to pay for our mailbox and get the key and we have tried twice now to do o and still have not been able to get a box or a key. I have also called umpteen times and keep getting a machine and I have gotten 2 calls back and they both said to go to the gate city Blvd location. I'm about ready to be done and get one of those private mailboxes

Handed the clerk my letter with a payment for my Duke Energy bill that was clearly and correctly addressed with postage on 31 August 2019. I had taken a picture of the mail just before I handed it over to the clerk. As of today, 13 August 2019, Duke Energy still has not received my payment. I went to the Post Office today and spoke to the person in charge and she tells me nothing about what could have happened to my letter. How can you lose a piece of mail handed over to the clerk? Anyway, lesson is, I will not ever use this Post Office again to drop off mail that does not have a tracking number on it or give it to a clerk that has some problem with the customer and just throws it in the trash. Even with a tracking number on it, they keep saying it may have gotten torn in the machine, so that doesn't help
