Hello, I sent a package to my son using a medium size priority mailing box. I checked on its delivery and when I tracked it, it said that it was delivered in or at the mailbox on June 21,2021. My son has not received it. I don’t understand why a mail person would leave a package on a street, because no residential mailbox would hold a medium sized priority box. It should have been left on the porch. So, either I’m to assume that the postal carrier did not deliver the package, or it was stolen because it was sitting on the street next to their mailbox. This is the first time I’ve ever had this problem sending packages that are insured and using this type of mailing box,or any box. It’s very sad. I have submitted a claim, but unfortunately the insurance will not cover the irreplaceable items I sent. Thank you!

My mail has been sitting in the mailbox since Monday morning. Now it's Tuesday night. Do you still collect mail in Franklinton?

Your offices have lost several of my packages or just marked them as delivered when they were not. I watched one of your trucks drive right past my house, not stop then all of a sudden the packages were marked delivered despite never receiving them. Please get a better postmaster to handle this location.

Why is it no one takes any responsibility to make sure packages are delivered where they should or how they should???? I've tried everything humanly possible to work something out, so far all my attempts have proven futile.

Every time my regular postlady is off my mailbox is wide open when I go to get the mail. Last week I had a box full of soaked mail. Please fix it! 3653 Sandy Creek Road Franklinton

I’m wanting to know why our mail didn’t run today considering that the post office is open?

The service are horrible! Our mail is not be handled like government mail should. I'm missing packages or my neighbors end up with it. Some packages are found in the neighborhood folks will bring over. Other times I have to cancel credit cards or file claims. This is horrible. We found all the boxes open one day. Please investigate this concern.

Last weekend we received our mail plus about 10 other envelopes that were supposed to be delivered to the next 10 houses down our road. Also, when we receive boxed packages they are left at our garage door instead of being brought to our front porch. Today 2 boxed packages were left in the rain instead of being put on our covered front porch. These are constant issues.
