My postal carrier is being paid to deliver mail to my home it would be nice if that were the case. I live on ellijay road in Franklin North Carolina off of battle branch my postal carrier refuses to deliver packages to my neighbors and myself ,on a Saturday he will Mark the package not deliverable no secure place to put it. the package never leaves the post office he does this so he can go home early on Saturday and not deliver the packages. my neighbors and I are in the process of obtaining an attorney to sue the post office. so far we have over 115 signatures once we get 200 signatures our attorneys are going to file the lawsuit against the Franklin North Carolina post office and certain individuals such as my carrier and the post office manager and the postmaster in Franklin North Carolina. it has gone down to this all because they refuse to do the job that our tax money is paying them to do.

What a joke this post office is, paid to have a package delivered in 2 days didn't receive the package although the tracking said it was delivered, the postmaster would not verify where the package was delivered so I requested, via email, a proof of delivery and the mail carrier delivered to the wrong address. Was supposed to be delivered to 23 Macon Center Drive and was delivered to Macon Ave. So I have a package that has my eyeglasses in them which were over $400 floating around. But the postmaster told me it was delivered to the address on the package because that's what the mail carrier stated, if he would have done his job and looked on the computer he would have found out if was delivered to the wrong address. They keep increasing the cost of postage and the service gets lousier.

I purchased a trailer park in Franklyn NC. Originally the address was 43 Shady Cove Lane, Franklyn NC 28734. Then my attorney told me the correct address is 105 Shady Cove Lane. But now my attorney is saying they can not file my business name, because the address is not correct. Where or what do I need to do to resolve this matter. Carla Bridges

Hello I am putting this Friday so it can be known that I complained to the post office in Franklin North Carolina this morning about the postal carrier for the Georgia roadevery time packages are left at my residence even though the box says carrier leave if no response the carrier never knocks on my door to see if I'm home even though I am always home and the boxes are just thrown on my porchwhere if there is a breakable item in the box it is sure to get rained today my box was thrown into dog poo again no response as to whether I was home or not also had made the complaint several times about a person receiving mail at my residence that has never lived here in the ten years that I have lived hereI complain to the postmaster and was told I would have to fill out a form stating who gets mail at my residence I do not agree with doing that as often time my name is spelled wrong or sometimes there is an initial on it or whatever and don't want them not to deliver my mail here simply because a typographical error what I do want is for the person that does not get mail here to not get mail here I am making note of this that I have called in this morning to have proof that I have complained about it in case the situation is not taking care of so I have to report it to a higher authority

What happened to mail delivery on December 24th 2018? River Road seems to have been skipped. I thought it was bad enough that at least twice a week I get other peoples mail. Does that mean my mail is going to someone else and I may never see it?
