Never answer phone and this is a serious matter that needs to address about medicine being left when it shouldn’t be! They need to answer the phone

I moved to a new location that uses LaFayette Post Office for mail delivery. EVERY TIME I ORDER A PACKAGE THERE’S A PROBLEM WITH DELIVERY. Today it was ‘the front door wasn’t accessible’. The gate is open and the number of the buildings are clear as day on the front in big numbers. Who ever delivers to The Grove at Park Place apartments is LAZY. I’ve NEVER had an issue at my previous address with delivery from the post office. It’s inconvenient to go out of my way to pick up a package that I chose to be ‘delivered’. This is every single package that comes from the post office. I’ve tried calling to once again get my package off the truck so I can pick it up tomorrow because I need what I’ve ordered for work on Monday and the phone just stays ringing. They never answer the phone.
