Who is the lunatic getting into our mailbox cluster boxes in Fairview Forest? Not the carrier and this guy has been there when the carrier was no where around. Several of us have noticed him and don't like the fact that a stranger has access to our mailboxes and our mail. He was acting stranger, almost like he wanted us to give him money.

I needed information regarding "General Delivery" for a Christmas I called the P.Office regarding a package for an individual without a current P.O. Box or home mailbox. I spoke to John at the Fairview, N.C. Post Office and was amazed at his kind, unhurried and helpful response. At this hectic time of the holidays with cards and packages, etc. One rarely encounters a helpful and courteous employee. John is an asset to the Postal Service and should be recognized for his pleasant demeanor in helping customers.

I have had numerous instances of my deliveries meant for us being dropped at an erroneous address, plus others' packages coming to my house. All email alerts would record "successful delivery." Numerous fellow residents have frequent similar experiences. Sadly. After I filled out forms at the USPS.gov site, I was sent a questionnaire about the response I received. There was no response.

They never deliver packages. They leave slips saying they tried, but both days they "attempted", 3 adults were home all day. One of them was even in the front yard raking leaves. I tried to call, the number rings busy all day.
