I have informed delivery app and I now live about 35 minutes away from my P.O. Box now so I checked my app when I was in the area and waited until 10am to give them time to fill P.O. Boxes as they are always done by 10 at the latest. My mail was not in my box so I politely asked the lady at the desk about it and she was extremely rude while telling me she has not done them yet. I asked her if she knew about what time so I could stay in the area and she said when I get to them. She is ALWAYS RUDE and I cannot stand dealing with this particular women! I have been in customer service my entire life and this is not good customer service! The shorter last that is normally working is so nice and always greets me as I have been dealing with this post office my whole life but this other lady is very rude and should NOT be dealing with people! 11/09/2020 something needs to be done about her terrible attitude as I am always friendly and there is absolutely NO excuse for her to be so hateful!
