I am from St. Louis, MO and when I tracked a package I was expecting, it said it was out for delivery in Denton, NC. I called the USPS contact number which was of no help so I decided to get in contact with the Denton, NC post office. Tim was very very helpful with helping me sort out the confusion with what was going on with my package. Tim even took the time to take down my number and call me back after he investigated the situation a little bit more. Fortunately, I just had the wrong tracking number for my item and my package was really not being delivered in NC when I was expecting it in Missouri. Tim was very polite and professional. I appreciate his help very much as I have not had successful assurance in the past with USPS. Thank you so much for your help!!
