My package was marked delivered to my front porch yesterday at 10:01. It was not delivered. My ring doorbell indicates no one was on my porch yesterday but family members. Where is my package? Tracking # EP0003357386YQ

I am not happy that our postal carrier refuses to put our packages by the door like we have asked. I am tired of coming home to packages left out in the rain!!

Please advise how we as Senior citizens might be able to receive mail closer to our home, where we had to put mailbox is very dangerous be- cause of fast moving traffic.Our mail never arrives until 5:30 PM. The previous owners had mail delivered in a mailbox beside the driveway. This is uphill and very easy for mail carrier to deliver mail, it has a circled driveway.

guess national day of mourning meant that post office was closed Tuesday and Wednesday since about 50 people here didn't get mail Tuesday or Wednesday. 12/4/2018 and 12/05/2018.
